    lowering the 48 kHz in BLheli to 46 or so gets you rid of the diagonal electric noise in the feed. same goes for 24kHz: change it to 27 or somet like that.

    Loving my 2208 1700’s that I won. Waiting on a new stack to arrive so I can put them in the air again. So smooth and sooo much power on 6s. I probably should have gone 1800kv but the 1700’s are pretty efficient and i can go 6” with them.

  • @archer4922
    @archer4922 5 лет назад +2

    My xing 2208 1700’s I won from you finally have a permanent home on my Flightone dolphin build.👍👍. Yep I’ve had them this whole time and haven’t installed them yet except to test them on another build a while back while waiting for motors for that one. Love the 1700 kv super efficient but I really wish I would’ve gone 1800 just for a few certain props I like to run for freestyle but the 1700 opens up a whole different set of options and higher pitch props for 5 and 5.5” 👍 I likes. Thanks again for that giveaway!

    Nothing beats that sound!!! Some Americans think freedom sounds like an 8 cylinder engine on high octane fuel (or gunfire), but to me it sounds like a brushless motor ripping the sky in half!

      O’Brien FPV if your going on a 5” I’d say the 1800. I hav the 1700’s. Their great but I wish I would’ve gone with the 1800’s but I didn’t see them listed when I won the set from Albert during his giveaways.

    • @archer4922
      @archer4922 5 лет назад +1

      O’Brien FPV if your going for freestyle I’d say go ahead and get the 2208’s, for racing their too heavy so I’d go 2207 for racing.

    • @archer4922
      @archer4922 5 лет назад +1

      ThomatoFPV depends on how you fly. I got 10 mins the Saturday on the 2208 1700’s with a 1300 6s pack. But only about a min and a half was hard flying, the rest was below 50% throttle.

  • @doom3crazy
    @doom3crazy 5 лет назад +2

    Hey Albert. I had a question for you. Have you experienced any issues with these motors? I follow KababFPV and he mentioned something about a possible blheli/bf bug and said this:: "When you punch it and cut throttle quickly while pitching forward a little at the same time you get a slight wobble. Just slightly. It's really minor but it bothers me a lot. I hate the throttle curve of 2306 but it doesn't have that slight wiggle as much. It still does it however." I ask this because I just ordered a set of 2208 2450kv xing motors for my next build and I am a little worried now.

    • @AlbertKimTV
      @AlbertKimTV  5 лет назад +2

    Albert im wondering whether I should get the 2306 2450kv or the 2208 2450 version. I’m gonna build a 5 inch freestyle build and I mainly use 4s.
    a while ago I watched a kabab video and he only said good things about 2208 even tho they weigh a little more. Any suggestions?

    • @AlbertKimTV
      @AlbertKimTV  5 лет назад +1

      I have not flown those motors on 4S so not sure how those motors will affect a 4S lipo. Compared to other 2306 motors at 2450kv, I think the 2208 1800kv on 6S is better... but that might be a lot to do with it being 6S

    Are they a noticeable difference in the 2208 power apposed to 2306 or 2207 on 6s...
    I been runing the new eco emax motors and HGLRC 2306 motors and thought about something with more power...been thinking about trying the 2207 but i hear not much power differences between 2207 & 2306...?
    I ask this question because the title of this video...lol

    • @AlbertKimTV
      @AlbertKimTV  5 лет назад +2

      So these motors are heavier but also have more top end and overall more grunt and responsiveness across the whole throttle band compared to 2207 or 2306. I think these are gonna be better for freestyle but too heavy for racing but I might be wrong about that. Yes, the difference is noticeable. It's not a huge difference like say going from a 2205 motor to a 2306 but the difference is there.

    Hey albert that is an Awesome build man! Love those motors, I might have to pick up a set of Low KV ones for my 7 inch endurance built... the 2208 size stator should give me the punch i need to have some fun with it.... Was that noise we were seeing in your FPV feed? or just how the camera look naturally? Im just wondering about the ESC and whether is might need a bigger CAP?

      @@caseydimmitt2449 well, once they are past 14 dollars, I have to pay import duty, of about 20 dollars+20%. So now a 25 dollar motor is costing me 50 dollar.
