@@PreyDator I've been looking at elemental GS as well, it pairs nicely with frostcraft since you get critical element as well, the silverlos GS is really great for kirin, velkhana, etc, is that not compatible with level 3 free elem here? i'm guessing i would need some pretty crazy decos to pull it off, either gemming in 3 release or dealing with only 20/30 hits of sharpness also, silverlos for fire, guild palace for water, ruinerg for dragon, velkhana for ice, what's a solid thunder GS?
If you are on PC, you can use the "overlay which shows a lot of stuff" to get those on displays. I usually use it only to get to know what amount of health each monster has and how many damage exactly cut their tails or break their parts. (Narga needs around 4k5 cutting on tail for instance, which is a lot, and you need to hit the very tip of blackveil V H to actually damage his tail and not the spores bag (20-30% of regular V H's tail hitbox). Once I got that, and I thus can maxamise my broken parts when I go for them (I either try to do speedruns or to break every parts(+cap non-elders)), I drop it as it shows too much actually, like which move the monster is going to pull. Therefore, I recommend getting to know the monster's telling first, as you could grow reliant on it otherwise, and only then use it temporarily to know those values. Part of me needing it is due to me being a "collector" of sorts, building many weapon I don't really use, and thus needing to maximise the drops I get without hindering the time it takes for my runs too much. (My best time for silver rath gs with non-optimal skills for speedruns like partbreaker : 6:47 for kill with head&wings, 7:09 for cap+every part broken for instance). That being said, those two runs I once did are far from being as clean as that one, nice job! (I think I could've done around 5:30 at best if they had been with my stuff, and without sticking to TA...)

It's not so much for the dung pod. Using this slinger shortcut combo after a draw slash lets him skip the lvl 2 charge to get directly to the TCS. This is really good for maximizing the damage you deal after a dunk !
I love the designs of these gorgeous guild weapons. I can give two shits about the mathematics behind what's a better GS at this point, (and truthfully it really isn't bad) just gonna continue using this because hot damn. Great run btw. Silver Rathalos is always fun to watch.
I picked up MWH world on a whim and loving it! 60 hours in so far, feeling confident but this vid leaves me with 2 questions: 1) What is that ability that lets him grapple pull to the Silver Rathalos? 2) What the hell is a Silver Rathalos? Is that Iceborne content or have I just not discovered it yet?

Dunno about the reddit one, but currently for PC, Acidic is the best, I only use elemental for fun tbh.

Free element is only for locked element, it has no use for unlocked one.
Only Zino is a solid thunder GS, Kirin suck.

I think it's because picking slinger ammo increase the time, and also bc you get to shit on Silver Rath's face

Silver rathalos is super deep endgame in iceborn.

Maybe, but leg lock isn't worth it anymore, since his leg isn't a weakspot.

Almost every GS in MHW has that kind of handle, even Wyvern Ignition had that kind of handle
