Bell 407 track and balance

After my recent annual inspection on my helicopter, we thought we would check the tracking and balance on the main rotor blades. I've noticed over the last year or two, the ride wasn't as smooth. The folks at Genesis Helicopters hooked up their electronic analyzer and found the culprit; one blade wasn't flying in the same plane as the other three as they spun around.
