Lol, easier to disconnect the cables from the channel and do a warm start. All devices will become "normal" but you will get channel failure. But easiest way is just to shut off the power from the panel and you will have no troubles at all 🤦
Yea exactly what I was thinking, those devices are still out of service. I’m having the same issue at a site, there’s workers doing renovations and they’re taking detectors down and putting back up after work is done. Some smokes are not restoring to normal and staying in “No Answer”. I’ve tried many things, cleaned contacts, tighten base, ensure dip switches are correct, ensure wiring is correct along with voltage and nothing has worked as of yet. Wondering why they all of the sudden won’t restore to normal and stay in no answer.
Have you checked the batteries? They come up as that but also should have a battery charger/depleted trouble so I’m sure that hasn’t gone over your head. Maybe ground faults? If not try a full panel reset cold start

But last you take exit from the menu of hiding all the troubles but at least you have to show when all troubles hide and panel shows Normal
you dodnt clear the panel, all you did is placed it to a temporary install mode folder!! the troubles still remain and require troubleshooting
