    I recall a story from maybe ten years ago, where a man snatched a little girl from her family's front yard while she was playing, and the girl's father caught up with the bad guy and un-alived him. I was like, please let me be on that father's jury. I would find him innocent, and deeply commend him for saving his child.

      Juries don’t find people innocent, either the state proves beyond a reasonable doubt the defendant is guilty or they are found not guilty. Not guilty absolutely does not mean innocent, it simply means the burden of proof was not met to show the defendant was guilty.

      Try 47 years in New York jail. Literally just 5 days ago. Problem with this country is how easy people spread lies without a care or clue even. Google it, dude.

    • @JosephWallace-xo8sg
      @JosephWallace-xo8sg 9 дней назад +1

      You've got it twisted. The public in NYC, as I assume you ment NYC when saying "new york", would do more than the police.
      Dude tan multiple blocks and only the dad followed, pfft. In the area im from it'd be a mass of people running after 2 blocks in a common public area. And most definitely someone's got a gun.

    • @MrSimondaniel3
      @MrSimondaniel3 9 дней назад

      yea right. is NY not in the US? because, in the US child kidnappers get no bail and lengthy sentences. or he could go to a state mental hospital. for years.

    • @WhiteDevil-du8ne
      @WhiteDevil-du8ne 8 дней назад

      @JosephWallace-xo8sg That's BS. New Yorkers are immune to the crime. I've seen what happens in the subways, and people sit there and do nothing, terrified that they'll be next and relieved it's not happening to them. NY gun and self defense laws also stop citizens from getting involved out of fear of being prosecuted themselves
