    These videos are a wonderful tool. They've been a great supplement to my time in the pool. As a result, I've become a fan of Speedo.

    Butterfly is probably the coolest swimming technique but I don't see anyone doing it in public swimming lol.

    this stroke is really hard because you can't bring your head up to breathe if the technique is poor. strong pull plus stabilising kick necessary. after years of swimming I can now do a 25m butterfly.

    • @PerspectiveSeekerOnline

      You kick once and kick at the same time while breathing :) try that

    • @FreddeAndersson95
      @FreddeAndersson95 10 лет назад +2

      You're unused to do that, like if one left-arm is moving up-down and one right-arm is moving left-right at same time. Like Silvio said, easier if you try kicking and breathing at same time. I promise you can if you still try, remember to focus your legs and arms, breathing as well.

    • @avenethcastro3849

      Do not lift your head up you already need to lift your head up while doing bubbles,you bubbles will help you lift your head up
      but arms first going out of the water

    it seems this man does not kick when his arms have stroke. that's wrong. one kick when getting in the water, another kick when stroking. check phelps' olympic game.

  • @soulx.barber5009

    I Think, his 1st kick is empty. Also their hands under the water have big space. So he cant catch a lot of water. Fault for me..

    • @sushrutsuns
      @sushrutsuns 6 лет назад

      Barber 'Bertus' Mike the first kick is meant more to aid his legs to come up rather than propel. But does contribute a bit to the propulsion.

      be confident my dear friend.... practice till u die... nothing is impossible.... u can do it if u work hard ..... anyone can do anything if they really wish to do it......

    • @youwouldbetterfuckme1958
      @youwouldbetterfuckme1958 8 лет назад +1

      I was 120kg when I started to swim. It's not about your weight. Start with breaststroke or front crawl to understand and learn to feel flow of the water. Practice gliding, buy a snorkel to develop correct streamline and after some months you will be able to try dolphin stroke. Good luck!

    • @varundevr2415
      @varundevr2415 8 лет назад

      its not the weight .. its the stamina ... the more u swim that much the stamina will increase ........

    • @krystianmichalak1316
      @krystianmichalak1316 8 лет назад

      That is my point. In my opinion good technique plus some core body strength is enough to swim one or two pools, for more you need a lot of stamina. Weight is not that revelant.
