My Attempt at Cooking a Cook's Butt Half Smoked Ham Day 3

My Attempt at Cooking Butt Half Smoked Ham.
Did Not want to Cook the Whole Ham at once.
I saved the rest of the ham for the fourth day for Lunch
I just Cooked 2 lbs of the 10 lb Ham.
350 degrees at 40 minutes in the pre heated oven.
The rest I will cook for another day.

Once I get close to the bone I make a soup, maybe with lentils or something
