If course this is not a normal passengers car, that normal urban people would buy (the majority). BUT... There is nothing wrong with an old-school body on frame SUV. That´s how they are supposed to be, if you intend to use them for off road, towing, carrying big loads, and make them suffer. The ride on this thing improved so much that you are not going to feel any significant difference to the newer CUVs. Every car has it´s purpose and it´s potential buyers. So if you are into hot hatches, you have no saying in it. I can also laugh at small, 2x4, 1L toy cars people buy in Europe, because it would be so impractical on a muddy slippery jungle trail, carrying a ton of stuff, child seats, through ever changing weather, water crossings, etc. So this Rexton would be perfect for me.

I didn't include Land Rovers as the only one near enough to compare size wise would be Range Rover or Discovery both of which are at least twice if not three times the price.
