That's your dumbest assumption. The kia mohave has a low range and center diff lock which makes it equal to 4WD. They just named it AWD because it's a fulltime 4x4 vehicle and when the C/D is not engaged it behaves like an AWD. Just like the toyota fortuner, LCPrado, LC80,100,200,300 series and Land Rover defender, discovery, range rover.

very good explanation, keep going on
The new rexton is very impressive
Rexton is best in the class... Its rebadged in India as Mahindra Alturus G4 (2018) and convincing price to performance ratio. But issue is the marketing tactics that Ssangyong/Mahindra lacks here. Good vehicle shouldn’t be judged by decent sales.
*Btw Marii besides being pretty, best voice you've got.*
Rexton😍😍😍
The mohave is very elegant design
Capable outlook easy to use off road
Gracias por este video. Saludos desde Perú. Buscaré tener ahora una Rexton.
Saludos desde Corea del Sur! Happy New Year!
Большое спасибо. Я из России. Купил себе Rexnon (2019). Очень хорошая машина.
For off-road Rexton is always the winner for its framed-body.
the comments are blind. mohave looks way better
Great review I prefer the Kia
Ssangyong looks like a Hyundai, the tires on the Kia are probably not made for off-road, tires on the Ssangyong are more aggressive, you can see the tires at the end of the video.
Very nice like from lirq 🥰🥰🥰🥰 good drive
(For the Girl/Host)You must remember that Rexton and generally all the rest of Premium or Luxury SUV's aren't built for a Big Group of people but for 4 or 5 at least, for that rason, It is not built with a bigger third glass Window behind... Greetings to You Folks from Nicaragua(Central America) and Greece(Europe)...😜🇳🇮🇬🇷🇨🇾🇲🇰😘
Just got used borraga here in U S. Can't find shocks or struts to replace anywhere here. Do you know if parts are carried in Korea? Or anywhere else? Thank you.
not the result I was expecting either, but I agree with Mari, definitely like the Mohave's design more
Rexton is the best, thank you.
It was actually a surprise how the rexton handle the terrain better than mohave and the noise was less , but I have a question about Rexton engine, who makes that engine , as far I know in the past they was using Mercedes engines in there lineup ... so are they still using them ?
Not anymore. They are using an e-XDi220 LET (code number: 672980) engine for this Rexton :-)
@@MotorgraphWorld yes. Mahindra owns all its patent rights and copyrights. It's manufactured at India plant.... Ford has made a JV with Mahindra a year ago to use Mahindra engines for all it's cars for Indian market and export to other countries. It's a proof for its quality of engines. But due to pandemic situation and other reasons JV got cancelled now.
Ssangyong Rexton....👍
Very interesting information, thanks for the video…Rexton awesome.
Thanks for watching :-)
My new Rexton has arrived, very good product and thanks for the information.
@@MsHasell Enjoy your new ride!
The Kia Mohave is a gorgeous SUV, one of the best looking in the whole world, IMHO. I wish they sold this in the USA instead of the hideous Telluride.
Rexton is looking good they have unique design
Mohave has nicer interior but the Ssangyong drives better.
Exactly 🙂
Is BK wearing the jacket because it has the same quilting pattern as the seat?
looks like a Mahindra engine in the Ssangyong!
Nah man made by ssangyong long time ago..
Mahindra is a crap
@@hanwhaeagles sir, now all engines are made by Mahindra ... They r world class. Ssyongyong uses Mahindra engines from 2021 onwards. Mahindra has a R&D center in Italy and Detroit USA. It built a electric racing team from the scratch and competing with the best companies in the world. Look at the Rome e Prix result Alex Sims (very AVG driver) has achieved runner position with Mahindra made race car. It's the capacity of Mahindra. It also owns Pinninfarina. Pinninfarina is building world first and fastest hyper electric car with the complete help of Mahindra racing facility and technology. It's under testing phase by Nick Hedfield, Mahindra racing test driver. Respect it......
The REXTON looks like a Dragon!
Hope we see it soon in India 👍
No we cant see it.... mahindra discontinued rexton in india wtf😭😭😭😭
Rexton R5 i have incredible comfort and drive superb than any luxury car
Will you be attending the Kia Tasman reveal in Saudi Arabia tomorrow?
Rexton looks macho.. mafia car
Rexton did a good job in Australia outback region, not sure if Australia has Kia Mohave yet, or maybe its in different name
Everyone is liking the rexton but nobody buying it😓
I am buying it within the year. Waiting if they will release a new version before the year ends 😏
i am waiting for delivery...my third ssangyong...reliable like toyota but half the cost
Is the black edition available in Europe?
I don't have any information on that
on the Mohave, the noise level is 68, not 78
Next to you guys those cars look so huge =) It`s a little bit tricky.. Thank you for your clear pronunciation so i could see that awesome review. Does someone know if steering wheel in Rexton could be adjusted by reach?
PS: Mohave do have (and did have) some troubles with suspension.. As i see Kia doesn`t correct this at all. There`s nothing new....unfortunately.
Yes, the Rexton offers you tilt & telescope for adjustment :-)
I knew there was a reason I liked the double dragon
Hmm...we don't get the Mohave in Oz (Australia)
Kia Mohave is a AWD and the Ssangyong Rexton is a 4WD
That's your dumbest assumption. The kia mohave has a low range and center diff lock which makes it equal to 4WD. They just named it AWD because it's a fulltime 4x4 vehicle and when the C/D is not engaged it behaves like an AWD. Just like the toyota fortuner, LCPrado, LC80,100,200,300 series and Land Rover defender, discovery, range rover.
Korean suv need higher ground clearance
Will the Mohave ever come to the US or Canada market?
Not at the moment
Doubt that, especially after 2019 facelift they sell it only with diesel engine.
