If you think Tom Hardy wasn't hot just because he didn't have muscles, you don't know what you're talking about! lol Tom Hardy still looked hot as hell with no muscles. A guy doesn't have to have tons of muscles to look hot and this is coming from a woman. I think it's even more attractive when a guy isn't fixated upon his looks.

It's not taboo or vain, the general (general, mind you) attitude is if you don't like something, change it. Quality plastic surgery is much cheaper than State-side because it's simply so widely accepted and common. The average South Korean would probably call lying about the work you've had done not only pointless, but rather hurtful and disrespectful towards strangers.
