Weirdly enough, the subtitles and voice acting doesn't have words with the letter 'C' be 'K's when Ultimecia speaks like in FFVIII. Specifically her calling Cosmos as "Kosmos".
PPSSPP emulation, I wouldn't say its truely 4k with the limited settings the emulator has even by maxing out the settings and playing it on 4k res. Mostly it are the HD texture packs that makes a game look better. Anyone can play/record old games on 1080p res and render it as 4k output just to make it look better on RUclips, but I'm playing/recording it on 4k res. That was an invention of the English localization of FF8, no other appearance has retained it.
@@DrakeyC they weren't even consistent with it in FF8, she doesn't do it when possessing anyone or during the final speech during her fight
