It's not even an OP build or anything crazy IMO, you're using ice mastery and honestly a god at skillshots. I am not sure this is something you can easily immitate for quick gold like many of the clickbait multiclass cheese builds. This requires the prerequisite of actually being good at the game. Crazy gameplay btw.
