  • The word "biscotti" has the same origin as "biscuit." It refers to the double-baking process where the dough is partially baked, sliced, and then baked again to achieve a crispy texture. I added ground Earl Grey tea and sliced almonds, but feel free to experiment with whole almonds or other ingredients to create your own unique biscotti~:)
    *Cut the biscotti when the surface is crispy and the inside is almost cooked.
    *When cutting, make sure to slice decisively in one motion (if you cut hesitantly, they may break).
    *It's easy for them to break when transferring after cutting! Please use a tool to move them!
    Vegetable oil 35ml
    Sugar 70g
    Egg 1
    Vanilla extract
    Cake flour 100g
    Almond powder 40g
    Baking powder 1g
    Salt
    Slice almond 40g
    *Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (340 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25 minutes
