Hello! I'm currently learning romanian and i just wanted to know if there's any explanation on why "a începe" (3rd group) is "inceput" and not with a "s" at the end just like the other verbs of the 3rd group. Mulțumesc pentru video!

Hello! I'm so glad that you are interested in our language! You"ll find many similarities with tha latin language. The past participle in -t comes from latin: a cânta, cântat (cantaTus) or "a lăuda", "lăudat" (laudatum), "a face", "făcut" (factum)...
So there are verbs in "-e", 3rd group, with past participle in "-t".
The "-s" (participle of the 3rd group):
If the verbs have "-se-" in perfect simplu like: "a merge", "mersei" (perfectul simplu), then they have -s: "mers" (participiu).
      "A zice": "zisei", "zis"
But this is not a 100% rule.
There is also "a rupe" with "rupsei" in perfect simplu, but still "rupt" in participle.
Romanian is an old latin origin language, so latin is the basis, but there are some other influences, the history brought them during 2000 years.
