Your teaching system is very good and well organized, however there is one important thing is that you have to create a channel for each of the languages you provide & teach. For this reason, I think you don't have that much subscribers. If someone subscribes, he/she will be bothered with german language or english language course if that person is studying romanian. I mean one channel for germany, one for romanian and so on...
