Thank you.No we didn’t but we were going to. Although we were very happy with it like it was. The stinkin kid keeps growing and were going to Colorado and didn’t want put a lathe tank on the 85 so we moved him up to a 125.
@@generalprinciple5921 appreciate the reply. I have the needle coming to try out this weekend. Bikes running too rich for trail riding but running the stock needle in the top position is causing a bog in the mid range… will see! I should probably try a kx 100 altogether but this is the bike we have!
Man I feel like I’m forgetting something but the thing I recall are bourses power reeds , dep pipe and pro circuit spark arrester. The European pipes are better for torque. Good luck!
@@generalprinciple5921 ive read those same comments, ended up with an FMF fatty and the stock silencer cut short to same length as a shorty since it broke inside…. Currently stock 2004 jetting, should be the same as this 2008 in the video. But we have Vforce 4R reeds. And geared down to 13T in the front, and have a 50T rear for the really steep slow rocky climbs on our trails. Its a bit too short really but works and doesnt stall our anymore lol! Thanks for the pointers. If i get it running well enough theres a chance ill try and get a big wheel setup for it. If not, will be looking for a super mini or 125 instead.

There is a way to get more low end power but you will get on low and will lose on hi thats how it works , need more crank kase pressure ,

Put a apex cylinder head for more bottom end power
