All jokes aside, my boy Travis Fimmel needs some awards. How he didn't win a SINGLE award for his performance of Ragnar I will *never* know.

I know, he brought that character to life and is the singular reason the show got as big as it did and when he died (while i understand the story reasons behind it) the show died with him. It's a shell of what it was before without him.
Ragnar is one of my favorite characters in film only because Travis brought him to life with amazing acting.
They stopped giving those out for talent a while ago.

This series is the most original and inventive sci-fi production I've seen in my life. Fascinating to watch.

Ive never seen anything like it, its even worse than the room...
the first 2 episodes could be original and inventive, but after episode 3 it derails so quickly into bad, generic territory it might as well not be watched to be honest. the first 2 episodes nail it on the head when it comes to 70's sci fi and its imagery though, thats what drew me in. the acting is also really good on all sides.

They're probably trying to pick only 3 of his biggest recognizable movies and try to pick each from a different decade. Blade Runner unfortunately didn't made it probably on account of being a financial failure
Blade Runner is a very old movie, albeit being a scifi cult classic, meanwhile The Martian is much popular with the young ones these days

All the people saying the trailer gave up the whole plot clearly hasn't watch the show. It was amazing! So much happens that the trailer doesn't even begin to show.

Travis Fimmel's crazy eyes always makes him a perfect mercurial character. A terrible miscast in Warcraft where his best asset, his naturally wildcard nature, was totally removed from that uninspired character. Totally not his fault. If anything, he should have have been playing an Orc or a Troll.

@@NewGeneration2401 Right and that's more of an indictment on the movie than anything else. The best aspect of your show was a great actor not getting to use 95% of his best talents. The movie was too cliche, formulaic and just boring as hell.
And if you doubt it, just watch Raised by Wolves. It's very silly in a lot of ways, but guess what? His character in the show is a million times more interesting than his character in the Warcraft movie.
