Cancer is just like common cold but Chemo therapy is very tough.... Radiation needs lot of patience...cancer cure is too costly...I am Cancer patient..
I am a warrior too. Believe me yoga not only asana, but pranayama, meditation, yogic diet and right mindset work wonders. Please give it a try.

Thank you mam....I will try not carry lot of tension....my situation become like tht now my mother is suffering from cancer kidney metastatic state dr said advance stage hai n beacuse u said don't take in your mind is very important....why I writing all these beacuse we lost ur strong support system ur loving papa. ..he is no more with us....he just died with in 18 days back ....he hear tht my mom diagnosed cancer even treatment is not started yet...my papa left us in between more problem for my mother who is already suffering from disease ... kidney cancer ... after this news come she is in shocked ...khana pina kam ho gya lost 18 kg weight ....I m her daughter taking care of her now ..in this condition everyday going to hospital for her treatment ....n hoping for best she will be fine soon....n after see this video become more strong thank you hansaji 🙏 main bahut mushkil se ye sab kar pa rahi hu...hard to handle..god bless my mother 🙏

Namaste, treat every disease that comes your way as just a disease. be it cancer or cold. it should be treated in the same way. Cancer patients or any other ailment people should first get involved in some kind of activity like light asana and pranayama. that will boost the energy levels and then start living each moment with enthusiasm and zest.

Take good care, meditate, pranayama - anulom vilom, kapalabhati, bhastrika. Deep breathing as much possible. Stretching a bit, chanting, meditating, pranayama - all will help a lot
