Felix, wonderful again, thank you. Was that little stream the “tail water” from a water mill? It had that look about it. In ancient times, willow trees were very important to our ancestors. Hallo Felix , thank you for making those videos so passionating. I have a big question : is it possible to get rid of the serrated wave once and for all in the workshop with a basic double grinder ? Would you try and make a video of doing it on one of your three 111mm , the Victorinox Trailmaster army for instance ? :) I want to do it on mine but I am not sure of what the finished result will be. @FelixImmler Weaving furniture making with honeysuckle vines is a traditional industry done in rural and mountain communities of the Appalachian Mountains. Of course, fewer people are not as skilled anymore.

I was about to suggest using Ivy or Clematis vines myself and in the absence of a suitable tree from which to hang the egg, perhaps it would work just as well supported from a simple tripod.

@andrewcoates6641 wild grape grows thicker vines. However, I don't denude the forest for them. Honeysuckle (Japanese) is invasive. Flowers have nectar in the base. I leave them for the humming birds.

Cool project! I just don't understand how the saddle is held in the frame. You just stuck some twigs into the frame and then braided the saddle itself. But I don't understand how they are secured there so that they don't fall off when you sit on the saddle. I would be grateful for an explanation!
