My grandfather was the last basket weaver in my village. He did historical roofs, fences and all kinds of stuffs just from such simple materials.

Family is everything. The memories lost can never be regained and at the end of it that's all that really matters. No amount of money or fame or anything can be equal to them. A perfekt example again is this video reminding me of my grandpa from decades ago... So don't worry, Herr Felix. ❤

Quality work is not easy or quick, nor can everybody do it. Your vids are high quality Felix, and I am happy to watch them whenever you have a chance to make them. If you only did a few each year I'd still enjoy watching them. Life is about balancing all the things pulling us in different directions and arranging them in importance, with family being the most important. Aim first for family happiness then we will be here for you whenever you have time for us.

Eine wunderbare Flechtarbeit, lieber Felix! Bei uns wird dafür hauptsächlich die Korb-, oder die Trauerweide verwendet, die an den Ufern der Flüsse und Seen sehr häufig vorkommt. Daneben wird aber auch die große Brennnessel genutzt. Ganz liebe Grüße aus dem oberösterreichischen Hausruckviertel nach St. Gallen!
