Many UK citizens are fighting alongside Ukrainians right now & providing medical/humanitarian aid. We've also welcomed thousands of refugees into our homes. To imply we're 'not helping ourselves' or 'not paying our way' (a Trump obsession) feels both inaccurate & unfair.
If Putin wins, we _all_ lose. Isolationism gets us nowhere, and will also only embolden your main adversary, China.
We are aware of how much Europe has supported Ukraine.
Technology, pharmaceuticals, and energy production (though not limited to) will be the focus of offering incentives to companies to bring manufacturing back to the U.S.
I say free trade for our friends and a varying degree of tariffs on our opponents.
. Our Friends like Germany? Germany has huge tariffs on Tesla, Ford & GM. I've been to Europe a bunch of times. There are no Mustangs. Corvettes or ANY F150s.
The President will Tariff our friends Audi, Mercedes & VW until they either Free Trade, pay us a lot of money, stop competing in our market OR 4th, move their manufacturing operations here to enjoy the lowest tax on corporations in the World.
Get it? You're welcome😁
Now shall I explain why there will be NO tariffs on our enemies like Iranian Oil?
Hint; Oil is a commodity, not a manufactured good. You're Welcome.
Reduce not stop it
Why can't the press work with Trump? For a better country.
Because they hate this country.
Because his plans are not getting the country better, just himself reacher and the billionaire friends who help him won the election,Biden increase SS pensions by more then $100 ,Dump,in 2016 …:000,insulin may go up again ,things will get really bad, just wait !
FYI. The vikings abducted all of the attractive women on the island of Britain in the early 1000's.
Errr. Britain wasn't a country then.
Incorrect. And Britain didn't exist then.
@Ron-Ayres Britannia was the name of the Roman province that covered most of Great Britain and was part of the Roman Empire from AD 43 to the early 5th century:
@@captivehonor3764 Wrong! 'Great Britain' didn't exist, and it didn't include Hibernia or Caledonia!
@Ron-Ayres the isle of Britannia did exist. It was a roman province. And frequent viking raids led to violent abductions along the coasts.
They will keep on doing same thing, till ukraine says, 'd'ont, and no thanks'
Thank you 🙏
Dang time tou wake up and smell the Coffee not tea Dame Ambassador. 😊
We don’t want one Europe to be told how to live
This comment is so uninformed it's laughable.
@@Ron-Ayres thank you , and made me Laugh ...💯😉
@@scotshuthats5268 Good luck with all the China tariffs, corruption, and general chaos, obvs...
I am amazed that Face the Nation has a reporter (Margaret Brennan) that speaks so hateful on this channel. I think she should be fired for her banter. She is despicable to speak of a US President in that way.
LOL! What did she say that wasn't true?
This is European journalism, not your Fox 'News' dribbling sycophancy. Good luck with the China tariffs, y'all! 😂
Yes 16B is a lot of $$$ compare to only about 100 B from American to defend a country in another continent...😱😱
It's a ridiculous comparison, that's why. The UK is 1/40 the size of the USA. A fairer comparison is USA/European Support, or a % of GDP.

This biased journalist was wanting this woman to Dis Trump so bad and she just couldn't get the Brit to say Trump was Hitler! lol
Interesting🤔
You Don't THINK PERIOD!
Business as usual for biased media. AMB Pierce is talking about working together, and the Reporter is stuck on division and unrest.
Europe can help Ukraine all they like but Americans want no part of it.
Sounds good to me, it's a European matter.
Good luck with that, mate. You seem to forget, we all live on a planet together. If you think Russia will stop at Ukraine, then I've a bridge to sell you. With the growth of AI-operated drone warfare, you think because Russia is 'over there' that somehow you're safe?!
Also, withdrawing sends a clear signal to your main enemy, China. Continue with such short-sighted thinking and see how far it gets you.
Europe need to rearm especially Germany
🎉
How are you proud to send the most weapons to Ukraine, I feel ashamed x
I guess it’s because we aren’t puppets of Putin. We don’t like dictators. Plus we aren’t cowards like many in the Maga movement. We stand up and fight against Putin, not suck him off like Trump does.
no more free lunch europe
Did you hear how much they have helped and continue to help? Btw, they live over there kind of near some of that turmoil. tRump will make matters worse for already established nations. Are you ready to fight???
If it wasn't for Europe you'd have nowhere to eat your lunch...

@@Ron-Ayres Well articulated. Good job.
It’s not our war, it’s not our continent or our hemisphere. Ukraine is not part of NATO!!! So not our problem!
You're currently involved in armed conflicts in Iraq, Syria, Somalia, Pakistan, Libya and Yemen. Those aren't your wars either, nor your continent, your hemisphere, nor are they part of NATO. Your point?
Bottom line, it's on our planet.
If you don't understand how foreign policy works, and you can't grasp that it's _all_ of 'our problem', then I can't help you.
It's time they replace Martha with a more professional journalist asap.....
Karen Pierce maneuvered all of the divisive questions Margaret Brennan throws at her with such class. Margaret needs to put her hateful bias to the side and do her job and stop trying to create an issue when one does not exist. Only time will tell what a Trump administration does and how others respond.
😂🤣
Trump will bring peace to the world.
Famous phrase, peace in our time by by a British politician to tried to appease Hitler. Trump is another appeaser. America might be fighting alone when our turn comes.
Did he do that in his first term? Also wasn’t he supposed to build a wall? How did injecting bleach work out for you?
We didn't get involved in any new wars during his term and signed a historic peace deal
Wake up! Reality clearly isn't your strong point.
Maybe he needs to start in the U.S.! He wasn't at all successful last time here or abroad. Maybe you consider drone attacks and bombing as peaceful acts? Not to mention the million+ who died do to his shameful mishandling of the COVID epidemic.
@@twesj Was that the peace deal with the Taliban? The deal that was made without the Afghani government involvement that released 5000 Taliban soldiers? The same deal that for the past four years was blamed on Biden? What about the disastrous withdrawal from the Iranian nuclear arms deal. Do you think that might have anything to do with the current problems in the Middle East?
The panic in the ambassador Voice 😢😢😢😢😢😢
What a hog.
This lady will not be staying as ambassador for very long!

Someone who knows the cost of everything, but the value of nothing. Good luck with China tariffs, y'all! 🤣
I find it hard to believe that anyone can have a GOOD CONVERSATION with tRUMP but I am GLAD to hear that!!!

Karen Pierce seems pleasant.
Has she shaved her head and sworn off men yet?
Yikes - a face I don't think even a mother could love!

He only wants other members to pay their fair share. Quit crying.

@mark-wh2qc I'm not sure what you're ever trying to say. All I was saying was that all Trump wants is for the other members to pay their heir shore

@mark-wh2qc right. So clearly "quit crying" wasn't the best I could come up with since I pointed out that all Trump wants is for other NATO members to pay their fair share
5:08 David Lammy was 10000000% correct with every word.
No he wasn't.
Weasel Starmer will quietly ease Lammy out the back door, probably.
Either way he's history, not that Trump cares, either way.

Russia and China would love that.
Hopefully Trump will bring peace, not surrender.
