P.S. Congratulations on a new house! If you are looking for what boxes to buy we have utilised Bunnings boxes when packing up our place, tape and cling wrap. Worked a treat on shoe-string budget.

I had the same gym rut that you are in! I've joined F45 and it's exactly what I needed, I wanted my time in the gym to be high intensity for a short and sharp session. I have been able to commit to 3 sessions a week which I haven't done in my free weight gym for years now! The fact I can't cancel last minute is a huge motivator and the group environment is great 👏 I hope you find your rhythm again soon
