HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 12 окт 2023
- Train Crosses One Of The Biggest Railroad Bridges I Have Ever Filmed! Train Is Coming Straight To Me Crossing Ohio River And City! Train With 8 Locomotives & A Coal Train With Nearly 200 Cars. Train At Railroad Crossing Next To Amtrak Station At Night But Well Lit Area. Norfolk Southern and CSX Trains. These trains are in Kenova, West Virginia and the last train is in Ashland, Kentucky filmed on my way home.
What did you think of the view of the first train coming across the bridge straight at me? I always wanted to get that shot and finally did. I think it looks pretty cool. Which train is your favorite and how many cars were on the coal train that is going through the rain? I lost count after 100.
Filmed, 2023 in 1080p with 60fps. Thanks for watching!

The sight of the three locomotives and that whole row of double stack containers coming down the pipeline at you is truly impressive. Considering how hard it was raining both j.t. and the camera held up well on all those other trains in Kenova. A lot of us in the midwest are starting our three-day cycle of rain but the trains must roll on. Thanks for brightening our day
Thanks for watching and commenting Paul!
Yup, here comes the Christmas presents lol@@FabianDiazTrainsTrucksNCars
Thanks for making new videos for my son and I to watch. You are the best!!
Glad you like them!
First time I've seen 8 locomotives pulling 😮
Thanks for watching!
Usually when you see that many together, only the first two or three are doing any actual pulling, and the rest are just along for the ride being taken somewhere on the system where they're needed. Railroads actually have rules limiting how many powered axles can be on the head end (usually around 24) so as to avoid breaking couplers.
Wow, eight locos on one train.
Thanks for watching!
Jawtooth ceredo Kenova west Virginia has its own railroad
Kenova great location and you've got a great spot a little wet great catch CSX freight with 8 engines great video thanks Brian
Thanks 👍
I never seen 8 locomotives pulling, thanks for share
Thanks for watching
First train had 61 cars, the second train had a 204 cars that's the coal train, the third train had 113cars and 8 engines, the 4th train North fort Southern had 86 cars, the night train had 33 cars, all them trains were awesome
you know it.
Thanks for the info!
I do not mind doing it counting cars
I’m impressed
That was an awesome perspective of the NS container train coming across the bridge JT! I love it! 😊😊❤❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
"20% chance of rain today" It looked more like 100% to me!
Sometimes they get the weather right but not often Lol
Real nice shot of the intermodal coming off the bridge JT. Nice one!
Thanks!
Holy four cycle diesel engines! All that coal to power future electric cars! Great video ( as always)!
Thank you very much!
Some awesome train action JT thanks again for the video.😇👌👍
Thank you too!
Nice one JT. Thanks. It looks like Loki and Chessie are inseparable buddies these days.
Great view on that intermodel, , good trains. Love the rain. Watching it in an open field, very peaceful. Thanks for the video. Stay well roll on

Awesome action from Kenova JT, still in awe of that impressive bridge. Very nice.👍🏼
That bridge is a fantastic structure...! 20% chance of rain...? Lovely......
You are where three great states connect and a lot of trains
especially on the thin trestle with vehicles going underneath
a nice but rainy day to watch trains, very beautiful scenery
there where you are and seeing the train going across the
thin trestle was great, plus an appearance from your pets
especially your dogs in this video and slide show recaps
Thank You for another really great video of trains, crossings,
pets and great scenery.🤠👌🇺🇲🐈🐕🦺🇺🇲

Very cool spot, you always find the best spots
Thanks 👍
2:30 wonderful bridge, I loved it, greetings from Brasil 🇧🇷
Love the videos from Kenova, WVA. and the v vtrestle w/mega trains. That eight-power tank train was awesome. Thank you . JT for your excellent Railfan videography.
Thanks for watching!
I think coal and steel trains are the best! The CSX coal fit the bill nicely. 😊😊❤❤❤
I think so too!
I like your over under RR videos best. The rain gives a nice sheen to the tanker cars and rails
Thanks for watching!
This is the Limeville bridge across the Ohio river. In the 30’s and 40’s my grandfather was a steam locomotive engineer on the C&O RR from the worlds largest RR yard at Russell,Ky. He would pull 150 cars loaded with coal out of WV that was assembled at Russell and haul them to Columbus, Ohio. In the old days he had to have a pusher engine to make it across that bridge. I enjoy your posts and live in Carlisle, Ohio
Eight locomotives on the CSX train Jaw tooth, cool!
Your dog likes to fish 😆😂😊😁
hello jaw it's is randy and i like yours video is cool thanks jaw friends randy
Awesome video with 8 csx locomotives but wait there’s more 👍😎🇺🇸🚂👍
Thanks 👍
What a catch on the CSX mixed freight JT. I've never seen so much power on one train. That was incredible! 😊😊❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you very much!
Thought for sure that 8 engine trains would have been super long, but as you said, it was more than likely a power move where they were just taking them where they were needed. Great railroad bridge and I always think of what it was like back when they built those structures! Awesome shot of the train coming all the way down the line on the bridge. Many thanks for yet another super video JT.
Thought
Again JT awesome video watching enjoying too and enjoy the side show too AWESOME VIDEO anyway beautiful 🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂👍😃😎♥️
Thank you so much 😀
😅thanks for the amazing cool video.have a nice weekend,Dank je wel Brian. greetz:🍐Peer en Tony.😅👍👍👍👍
That trestle...simply incredible
Right?!
Thank you JT for awesome entertainment.
My pleasure!!
Eight engines - we never see that here on the CSX line through the Hudson Valley, NY. Mostly one, once in a blue - two. The puppy must be pushing 40 lbs! Thanks, Jaw Tooth.
Interesting! Probably just not as busy a line I guess. The puppy weighs 43.3 pounds
I love it when you film in Kenova ‘tooth! Don’t recall you ever filmed on top of the bridge before!
Good video Jawtooth
Thanks!
The CSX with 8 units remined me of a CN 730 (Potash) which had 2 lead, 4 mid train DPU and 2 rear train DPU. great trains.
The long shots are the bomb!
Fantastic video JT! Always a great location!
🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃💯👍🇺🇸
Many thanks!
How cool is the first train running double stack, three engines, elephant style.
I like train videos on RUclips jawtooth dpu Allright 👍
Thanks 👍
Great catches all, the best was from up-top on the trestle side❤
Yes I agree, that is a great angle
Merci beaucoup pour cette très belle vidéo ! 👍🙏
Hey jaw tooth cool trains. I had that problem also. Wait at tracks as a kid had to home at dark or super. Soon as I get home I'd hear the train. 🤦🤦☹️ . Have a great weekend and railroad day 🙋♀️🚂
Oh wow! I think it is the Railfan nightmare lol
Beautiful trains 🚂
I believe it was eight locomotive 🚂 pulling tanker train look heavy 😮great 👍 👌 train going by nice 👍 👌

Glad you like it!
8 GP's wow what a load and bound to be grade on this line. Or deadheading back home. Lots of Wet and Dry and Hazmat cars on that one.
Thanks for responding. Sorry about the rooster. He seemed like a friendly pet chicken. It would be cool to see you play your theme music on the guitar. Love your channel. Great content and narration.
Thanks for the idea! that would be cool. He was a good rooster. He was the head guy. The racoons around here are terrible. The kids are trying to have chickens again. This time they are completely enclosed and not able to free range
Nice work
Thanks
Nice video Jaw Tooth! That 8 locomotive train actually had the Clinchfield Emblem leading, and a YN2 Dash 8 which is pretty rare!
Thanks for the info!
@@JawTooth your welcome
Hey jawtooth I hope you get some trains in the snow this year
Sure appreciate you braving the weather for us! That Norfolk Southern storming across the bridge at you was a great shot. Lots of really good trains in this one.
Watching the train come across the top of bridge was awsome. Hope you use that spot again. 👍👍
That's the plan!
Another great video, JT! That CSX with 8 engines...what was that all about??? Loved your video as always!
I have no idea if they were just doing a power move or if they really needed all of them. A few viewers said that all eight were running. Thanks for watching my videos!
I never thought of the origin of Kenova but it's simple and rational. Ovaken, Vaoken, Okenva or Vakeno just don't have a ring to it. I'm with you., weather doesn't matter as long as there's trains. The power on the CSX manifest was awesome. Love the night shot the best. Great action throughout, enjoyed it much. Thanks JT!
Thanks for watching! Yesterday in Indiana it rained a little when it wasn't supposed to. Got the Triple Crown again
8 locos pulling shiny oil tankers, awesome. No DPU😢 your dog loves water😊
Loki really loves the pond. Chessie used to try to catch frogs
@@JawTooth Are they the same breed?
Good morning JT. Another good video.
Good morning!
Amazing videos jaw tooth keep up the good work
Thanks! Will do!
Looks to be 100% chance of rain that day. Hope all is well with you Brian.Thumbs up.
Thanks 👍 Doing pretty good just tired from a long drive back from Indiana last night. How are the trains over there at your place? I want to get over there again soon
@@JawTooth Hit and miss.Sometimes a lot at night.I would say 6 trains per day average.Much more than say 5 years ago.I will post a few videos over the next couple of days.
Great first train view JT, So close to the train & a different of the the bridge, Awesome. Love those double stacked trains! Great catch on your way home JT! ❤😊
Thank you very much!
Yep - 8 engines. Each and every one running too :) A nice manifest rain and all.
Thanks again!
Awesome video at 1:39 an awesome bridge!
Thanks JT!
Glad you liked it!
I enjoy the video👍👍
Thanks 👍
Really enjoy your videos, far as I'm concerned, the bestest.
Wow, thanks!
Great location spot on that first train
Many thanks!
Nice Video
Thanks

Great catches and awesome video jaw tooth
Thank you very much!
Good morning Jaw Tooth.
Good morning!
Hello jawtooth another great video u made always love watching trains over that huge bridge really cool and also that csx train had 8 engines I counted them that was really cool I rarely see trains have that many locomotives on the front and I’m from Illinois and we never see that many locomotives and where I live at in Paxton IL Canadian national runs thru our town and they only have 2 locomotives majority of the time and the trains ain’t very long either compared to what u have in Ohio with Norfolk southern n csx
THE BEATLES ! RAIN 1966👀❤ - 10/15/2023 🤠 Canada
That is a cool bridge
I can't wait to go back again. Too bad its not closer to home
First train wasn't making no Jackass sound. Man pushing shopping cart was louder than the train!🤣😂
Great video JT.
Thanks 👍
Brian, thanks for the great video. Even though you had to stand in the rain. I love this bridge. It is one of my favorite bridges. Greetings from Virginia.
Nice location
Thanks for watching
I think that car was listening to rock music lol
Close up live action. Nice JT.
Thanks!
I see Clyde the Can Man, under the tressle!!!
. Last tape were the two racing riding lawn mowers. Next thing it won't be Ken and Barbie but rather Ken and his Nova. JT tapes find the best!
Lol, I didn't notice him until this morning. He needs a railroad car for all that freight
You captured some nice trains on this trip to Kenova, West Virgina, Jaw Tooth! That was a wonderful location to catch that first Norfolk Southern train coming south on the bridge from South Point, Ohio. The eight engines on that CSX train were over kill on that train. The extra engines had to be a power move.
Just think in a few months I will be filming this in the snow. Lol
Really shocked to notice how in mid october everythings still so green there, great videos. Stay dry..lol
I know!!
Great video Brian!
Thanks!
@@JawTooth You're welcome!
I like your dogs 🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕
thanks!
Maybe an Oscar nod🤞🤞✌️✌️👍👍
Thanks for watching!
There was 8 engines on the westbound CSX manifest train and all eight of them were on line
That is really awesome!
You showed that location millions of times over😮
What's your point?
One of my favourite spots but yesterday I went to a place in Indiana that I never been to and got the Triple Crown train again. It will be posted in a few days
Great train once again. I got kucky today on my way to work. Signals didnt go off when i was crossing the tracks and as i was crossing, i saw a train to my left (pretty damn close at that), so i floored it across and pulled over. Train went by and i called into work and didnt go in and CP's on its way to fix the signal. On either side is trees so its a dangerous crossing.
Cool, you might have saved someones life. Any train is better than work. lol
