It is seldom you see the a group pull together like this. Guys that just showed up to help. Everyone knew their job and everyone worked together. No other tow channel has the variety of recoveries, the professionalism and workers who are also friends. Easy to see the foundation of PEPE's success. If there was a Pulitzer for a recovery video, this is a shew in. Thanks to the whole crew and Josh for producing a great video. You guys are the best. During my second time viewing this, I thought about the "environmental" truck. So smart to repurpose a used truck than to create a new one. Decisions like this are how big companies get bigger.

The force those winches had to overcome is intense. The weight is one thing, but consider the friction and uphill too ! I always think that the compressor for the airbags is one heck of a hard working tool. Well done team, a fantastic display of hard work and implementation of experience and skill.
Josh, Relatively new to your channel, about 6 weeks or so. This sure wasn't quite as easy as the last one I saw that was pulling that dump truck out of the mud😊😊. You do realize that by dragging that rig out from under the overpass you just caused the owner to need a complete paint job 😂😂😂. Humor here. Quite a process here and nicely done. Thanks for sharing😊
There are a lot of 'what ifs' in doing recovery jobs. A lot of 'if I hook on this end what will happen on the other end'. A lot of thinking ahead. I couldn't do that kind of work.
Agreed. 35 years ago when i was just starting out i would do anything to make money including transporting cars. I thought about doing more towing but realized it was a 24 hour a day job, you need duplicate equipment from day one in case something breaks down. Special training to do wreck recovery or just so you dont accidentally damage a car, insurance for a new business, etc. im glad i left it to my competition.

Darn Josh! This one put you in a hard spot. Never fun to drag a truck and trailer on its side. But you had no choice. We’ve had your guys haul our RV class A when the transmission went out. Total pros. No damage from the tow and delivery to the mechanic. Love you guys! 😘

The Pepe's team is like the crew on a U.S. aircraft carrier. Everyone knows their job and everyone knows what needs to be done. It looks like organized chaos, but it's a carefully choreographed operation. That was really a smooth operation once the truck was out from under the bridge. What a waste just from the driver failing to slow down a little bit.

I was driving from St. Louis to Nashville early yesterday morning after severe wind and tornados had gone through the area. On the northbound side of I 55 the first thing we see is a jackknifed semi; then 2 more semis blown over on their side. They had a couple HD wreckers there but NO rotators. I thought to myself where is Pepe!! Nice job on this job!
You'd be surprised. Rotators aren't rare but they are a luxury. We have so many, but a lot of companies don't even have 1. They can still get these jobs it's just a lot harder and takes so much more time
I don't know how many companies around L.A. do what you guys do, but Angelinos are lucky to have your company with all the experience and equipment. Do you ever think the cops get tired of watching these big boys in action? I am curious why you didn't try to get an airbag under the tractor as well.
Without sounding cocky, pretty much no one. The cops LOVE when we get to a scene. That's why they are always out of the picture, they know when we show up the job will get done right and fast. When other companies do these jobs, they take over 12 hours. I'm not making that up, it's insane.
It was a tough but beautiful job with everyone’s help. You are blessed to have terrific people working for you, that means that you treat everyone equally with respect which in return means loyalty back to you. So if you are in the office, who gets HULK? PEACE.

There are multiple reasons as to why I never miss or dislike watching all of Pepe's Towing videos but the absolute best without a doubt is the attitude. Every single member of your guy's crew seems to really love and enjoy what they do and the comradery, teamwork and communication is so far above and beyond literally anything you see from anyone else regardless of the type of work or any other type video put up by others. Everyone of your crew gets along so well and works together not afraid to ask about any question and the responses are always respectful and explained in detail in order to help them and the whole team in general. Its just fantastic to see because I've grown so sick and tired of all these "reality shows" where they all just fight and argue and do nothing but bs around and accomplish nothing.

Seeing how the trailer fared once upright I was amazed...relatively decent shape except as you noted up front where the air bag ended up popping out during the uprighting process. I think the CDL handbook talks about high center of gravity and slowing down on curves in the first 2 or 3 pages. This guy really wanted to this bad. Took a lot of effort.

Yup, on a flat concrete surface like this you would add about 10% drag for the friction. Pure brute strength by Big Flipper
Picking that trailer up intact without it busting open, or having to unload it saved the customer a lot of $$$$
Yes! Most people would offload. It saves so much time doing it our way, but it's very very difficult and you need all the right equipment.
It really pays to have A GREAT KNOWLEDGE of what equipment you need to spec a unit CORRECTLY 😀

I think the CDL handbook talks about high center of gravity and slowing down on curves in the first 2 or 3 pages. This guy really wanted to this bad. Took a lot of effort.
