Dude… 1:40 to 2:40 is by far my favorite segment of part 1. I love how at 1:40 you timed it perfectly with the transition and the hit of the music panning to the location of the duel where as in ROTS it’s similar with Palpatine and Yoda fighting in the Senate chamber. 1:52 the power of the brass in line with the heavy hits and swings Vader and Obi Wan are throwing at each other really adds to the scene immensely. 2:00 the music adds to the struggle between these two powerful force wielders all the way to the moment when Obi Wan and Vader are in a saber lock. 2:14 that moment hits hard, with the chorus backing up Obi Wan reaching out with the force to bring down a rock on Vader, the music it makes it seem like he’s got a beat on Vader like he has just regained his power back; but just to be out powered by Vaders dark side with now the chorus and the heavy brass emphasizing his rage and power. This was so well done that even Disney didn’t want it up, they had all the assets to make this scene just as good but it took a RUclipsr to do it, well done.
I came back to rewatch and was thoroughly disappointed to see Disney copyrighted it. They missed the opportunity to use the episode 3 music not your fault.
I almost wish this duel had no dialogue. The dialogue that was there, honestly, just detracted from the fight. There was so much emotion here, that I honestly feel no words were needed. It would have made the entire sequence that much more impactful
This is the soundtrack that should’ve played when this first aired. Would’ve matched up perfectly to the show’s connection with ROTS. I swear that soundtrack makes this final battle all the more worthy to have it Emmy nominated.
Sir, you have proven why it's a tragedy they did not reuse "Battle of Heroes". I never thought about it until your video. The epic music (with the connection to their last major lightsaber dual) brings out so much more emotion and interest to the scene! Thank you for your work!
I loved this scene and their score used on the final episode. And now I can’t imagine it any other way other than with this version. Thanks for the reupload! 😊
I found the original very emotional, then when i heard this version and how you perfectly sync'd Anakin's betrayal to the dialogue...it hit really deep. I knew VADAR's story was tragic, but watching this edit, it really hit home how sad and unfair his life was. I enjoyed the series, but not without its flaws. I'm just glad we were given something.
They let a child who had issues over his own identity become a Jedi. The first bits of dialogue we hear from Anakin is "I'm not a slave! I'm a person and my name is Annie!" We knew from his very first scene that he is not fit to be a Jedi. It's less tragic for Anakin and more tragic for literally everyone around him. Qui-Gon should have left the order when he had the chance. Trained Anakin separate from the Jedi. They still would have all died but Anakin would have never fallen to the dark.
The music really added to Vaders menacing approach. He approaches obi wan almost like a ghost as if he is gliding, similar to how Darth Nihilus would've walked. It shows how truly terrifying vader is and how twisted anakin became.
purely budget choice. Disney doesn't own the rights to the music, that's John Williams' company. Also, this is free advertising and community engagement which is being datamined by the mouse
@@Crusader143dmayne thats because john williams wanted to quit from star wars company(freak you disney we've lost harrison ford, mark hamill and john williams because of you)
No entiendo porque Disney no coloco el soundtrack de Duel of the Fates o Battle of Heroes en la serie, no colocó ninguno de los temas musicales de Star Wars 🤦🏻♂️ muchas gracias por está edición, quedo mucho mejor 🔥💪🏼😎
This is just so much better 😭😭😭 why wasn't Kenobi like this seriously, it had so much potential but we had to get some pile of rubbish instead. Of course Disney would take this down.
ng; i wouldnt mind this being official despite being the literal same song as the last one. in fact, this makes Vader feel more like he did in Revenge of the sith ALSO HOLY SHIT YOU MATCHED SCENES WITH THE SCORE
Am I the only one who thinks that punch at 2:32 was just smooth as fuck? Reminds me of the SWTOR Deceived trailer when Darth Malgus gets face bashed by the Jedi's saber hilt.
The fight choreography is still kinda shit... camera is panning away FAR too much, or showing terrible angles. SC38 literally laid the blueprint for how this duel should go.
For anyone wondering, the reason they didn’t use Battle Of The Heroes was because both Kenobi and Vader ain’t really Heroes. So the music doesn’t fit this fight much at all. But it still would’ve been amazing to hear a modified version of it during this fight
It'll always baffle me how easy this could have been for disney to add during the fight. It's the OST to episode 3, this wasn't hard. This video is so good with the original OST from ROTS. It's mind boggling that the fans doing fan made stuff is eons better than what Disney seems to be doing with Star Wars.
ugh. This is so well done. No wonder Disney took it down, its all their fault, they are jealous, they are holding you back!
Agreed I liked the show but it needed Star Wars ep 3 themes this is so much better
From my point of view Disney is evil!
I was lowkey cheesed they took it down, glad to have it back
"jealous" You can't be serious lmao
They not jealous, they just being an a$$hole
Obi Wan is literally fighting like a Dark Souls player lol. He’s actually a genius.
Lol
If it was Dark Souls 2, Vader would have spawned in Starkiller and the Grand Inquisitor as ads when he started losing.
@@Smoothalcoholiclmao underrated
Just started playing those games, I understand this too well now
When the theme starts playing at "but your weakness still remains" goosebumps everytime.
The best version of this fight has returned! Thanks for uploading it again. I'm sorry you had trouble with it being taken down.
Padmé's Ruminations with Vader emerging from the shuttle is just chefs kiss

The best version by far. This is a shame for disney, thats why they took it down.
I'm confused what did disney take down?
@@robertbuth The original video. Had around 1million views
Ikr, they could always rescore it themselves. The music was wack in the original series.
3:00 Oh I could watch this section all day. I love how the music crescendos as Vader starts throwing rocks at Obi Wan. This is SUCH a good edit 👏
I came back to rewatch and was thoroughly disappointed to see Disney copyrighted it. They missed the opportunity to use the episode 3 music not your fault.

When u see vader taking his saber like that, u know this is a sirious battle 1:33
He knew obi wan was nobody to play with.
Yep, Vader going Form IV was rare. But ofc he knew Kenobi was back.
I loved this scene and their score used on the final episode. And now I can’t imagine it any other way other than with this version. Thanks for the reupload! 😊
Yes it's back, love this version
A cannon full of likes fired at full blast wouldn't allow me to express how good this is. Thank youuuuu!! ❤❤❤🎉🎉
And thank YOU for this comment 🔥
It's ironic this got took down, seeing as the makers of Kenobi were obviously influenced by the SC 38 remake of Kenobi vs Vader in ANH.
I keep coming back to this, this is exactly what George would have wanted :’) I hope George see’s this somehow some way
This is a masterpiece that Disney have failed to produce in the right way. And you my friend have done the incredible. Thank you.
The music score is everything for a scene and this is it.
It's so much better than the original and the duel of fates version. So well synchronized. I love it. The best edit of this scene.
I found the original very emotional, then when i heard this version and how you perfectly sync'd Anakin's betrayal to the dialogue...it hit really deep.

Vader
this is outrageous, its unfair, how can you be on the council and not be a master?!

Even when split into two parts now it’s still a masterpiece
As phenomenal as this whole scene was....this score makes it better. 👏
THANK YOU. I was so disappointed when this song didn’t play during their battle
As someone who saw ROTS when it came out in theaters and now hearing battle of the hero’s synced with this duel it’s head chilling! 😯☺️
The best music score added to a great scene. Disney will forever regret they didn't think of doing this first
$$$

BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO!! Thank you cinevote for making a new updated one for us!!!!!

The best version of the fight, hands down. Great work!
Thanks!
Oh my fuck Boys it's back 😱 the coldest Star wars Fan Edit in a Millennium 🥶 #ThankYouCinevore
I was wondering why I couldn't find this masterpiece in my liked videos. Thanks for re-uploading!
Same here. Also looked and couldn’t find it
This and part 2 make the Kenobi duel so much more enjoyable to watch, amazing work
Thanks a lot 🙏
No matter how many times Disney take this down keep uploading it cause they know this is better then there’s
The music really added to Vaders menacing approach. He approaches obi wan almost like a ghost as if he is gliding, similar to how Darth Nihilus would've walked. It shows how truly terrifying vader is and how twisted anakin became.
I said it on your first upload and I’ll say it again, THIS version is canon! Thank you for the reupload
You already know, what a complete masterpiece you have done.
It’s like they don’t understand the nostalgia people get from hearing this music. What a feeling, fuck yeah Star Wars ⚡️❤️
purely budget choice. Disney doesn't own the rights to the music, that's John Williams' company. Also, this is free advertising and community engagement which is being datamined by the mouse

That scene were the shots on Kenobi then to the panoramic settle view to the rocky mountains just fits perfect
I can tell you're a true star wars fan, padme's ruminations is a criminally underused theme.
Quite literally the theme of Anakin becoming Darth Vader. The Dark side haunting and infecting him
A beautiful theme, from a beautiful scene ❤️
Thank you for this. Disney used William’s soundtrack to hype us up and gave us some forgettable trash.
Uhh it wasnt bad actually
POV: Two bf2 players have a no interfering 1v1 and both of them are max level
I dont care whether you love or hate the disney movies and the shows, the fight scenes are impeccable
This and ahsoka vs darth vader on the ahsoka show was pretty good
Thank you for doing this, hearing the music from ep III again gave me goosebumps thank you
No entiendo porque Disney no coloco el soundtrack de Duel of the Fates o Battle of Heroes en la serie, no colocó ninguno de los temas musicales de Star Wars 🤦🏻♂️ muchas gracias por está edición, quedo mucho mejor 🔥💪🏼😎
This was honestly such a missed opportunity 😭 I was 🙏 they would've used this music or even remixed it, but no. I'm so happy this edit exists! 🤩
This is just so much better 😭😭😭 why wasn't Kenobi like this seriously, it had so much potential but we had to get some pile of rubbish instead. Of course Disney would take this down.
THIS IS MAGNIFINCANT
YES! it's back! Thank you so much for reuploading
Mad respect for reuploading 👏 🙌 legend
Thanks for the reupload !!!
Thanks so much for the reupload, was so sad it was gone
“Oh it’s beautiful.”
im so happy u reuploaded i wanted to show my friend this but I couldn't find the original.....no other rescore is as good as this
Nobody gonna talk about the opening score?
I feel like this music would've been so appropriate for this scene
This is oh my god feels like the first time I watched the prequel bravo to you well done
ng; i wouldnt mind this being official despite being the literal same song as the last one. in fact, this makes Vader feel more like he did in Revenge of the sith
ALSO HOLY SHIT YOU MATCHED SCENES WITH THE SCORE
The sound of the background music and the lightsaber hitting each other is a good combination. Thank you and God bless...
Thank you for making this this is a beautiful piece of work truly amazing savers from Disney's next disaster wars😅😊
Am I the only one who thinks that punch at 2:32 was just smooth as fuck? Reminds me of the SWTOR Deceived trailer when Darth Malgus gets face bashed by the Jedi's saber hilt.
I will draw you Disney as poison is drawn from a wound! Thank you for your work master
Keep uploading! Do whatever it takes! Keep this score ALIVE
I like how Obiwan cycles through the forms
Oh thank god this is back!!!! 💯
I can yet again watch the fight with GOOD music
BUT THE WEAKNESS STILL REMAINS!!! One of the most savage Vader lines lol I love this show
I thought i lost this masterpiece forever!
This fight in my eyes kept the complexities of the Prequel duels and had the visual quality of the newer ones. Very good.
The fight choreography is still kinda shit... camera is panning away FAR too much, or showing terrible angles.
SC38 literally laid the blueprint for how this duel should go.
We need a Vader series or movie. Make the comics into a film or series
They do have a Star wars Darth Vader audio Vader down they're call it
This is pureli awesome and good. The music really in sync with the movements
I never want to watch the original again lol bringing back the prequel music just makes since, icing on the cake
This is AWESOME!! Disney should have done this. Music was so much better then what we got
Disney hella mad you nailed it 👌
Amor this the part when Vader put his hand on the ground was perfect on that song playing.
2:35 Epic
You know how much I rewatch this I watched it at school and how I just love this one there are some downs but I don't care
For anyone wondering, the reason they didn’t use Battle Of The Heroes was because both Kenobi and Vader ain’t really Heroes. So the music doesn’t fit this fight much at all. But it still would’ve been amazing to hear a modified version of it during this fight
U dont work for disney thats not the reason. The reason stated is that the director didnt wanna use any old music
2:56
How much you wanna bet Vader was so happy to *finally* have the high ground?
Nice work, This still holds up.
It's back! this is the best one!

> Disney strikes this wonderfull video down
> Me: "Only a sith deals with an absolute"
Disney not content with ruining Star Wars themselves, attack amazing independent work like this.
I know Im late but the king and this version has returned! I was disappointed that it was taken down
VERY WELL DONE! CineVore!
The yoda scream at 3:16 😂
aaaah merci de la remettre !! en esperant que Disney ne la fasse pas sauter cette fois!!!
Honestly if they had done their score up until 4:18 and switched to this I would’ve been even more hyped
Nice, I'm glad it's back
This is so much better than every Duel of the Fates rescore.
Bravo!! And everyone needs to download this before it gets claimed again!!
It should be okay ;)
Viewers: man RUclips recommendations are being boring lately
Kenobi Clips: *Hello There!*
This is the best video ever made
Star Wars just isn’t Star Wars without John Williams’s amazing music.
2:14 That is exactly where you're supposed put the force theme. Nice.
how has one person manage to make this scene 100x better than disney could have
Around 4:08 would've been a cool opportunity to slip in Leia/Luke's theme
This is perfect
This fight alone made the score of the show go from a 6 to an 8 for me
This edit is canon for me
Disney really is pathetic for missing this golden opportunity.
