I purchased this dog training collar because I tried many things to stop my dog's constant barking but nothing worked. After I got this, I watched the videos. Then I went out for a walk with my dog and she started to bark at a cat. I immediately said Stop in a loud stern voice, like the tutorial taught me, and clicked the Sound button. The dog stopped instantly. I’m so happy with the purchase!
Works quickly thanks to simple video directions. After just a couple of using the collar, now showing the remote to my dog is all she usually needs to calm down!

I purchased this collar approximately 1 month ago. It was working fine and then inexplicably the collar and the remote would not sync. I went through the synching process multiple times but the collar just blinks and the remote won't sync to it. Very frustrating!

Hi Jennifer, there's a hole on the bottom panel of the remote. Insert the loop attached to the ring into the hole. Pull the loop through the second hole. Put the ring through the loop. You can press the button to adapt it so that you can wear it around your neck or your wrist.

Just now setting up my Woofer. I do not see such a button on my remote..block / unblock,,only an on/ off switch.
