What if I’m 16.5 ft away
Hi! The dog should be within 16.4 feet of you. If the dog is further away, it will not hear the beep/ultrasound and it will have no effect.

Send this back right away. The one dog that didn't ever bark wouldn't stop barking and came at me aggressively with his teeth when the button was pushed the other dog which I was hoping to stop barking growled at us and would not stop barking and growling. This device is worthless

Finally gave in and got one. I live in an apartment and my pup loves to bark whenever he hears movement outside our door. he's loud and that bark is annoying. I have to admit, I was not sure about this, but had to give it a try. Soooo happy I did. He was confused at first to where the sound and vibration were coming from, but after some time he noticed, and the barking got quiet. Two days in and all is good. He still barks when he hears noise, but immediately stops when the collar turns on. Thank you STOPWOOFER for this awesome device!

We have a 3 yo crazy dog, that barks at other dogs with extreme aggravation in her bark. We put the collar on 5 days ago, and not only does she not bark, but won't even go near the fence where the other dogs are. Wow. We had another collar with a remote that was completely ineffective. The stopwoofer is amazing. I may not need it to ever be charged.

I have charged the product for four hours and it will not come back on when I unplug the charger. I have only used this product once and for just testing it out on my dog.
Hi Jane. The collar is designed as follows: when the collar is being charged, the display shows the battery icon running. However, when you unplug it, the display automatically turns off. To turn on the collar, please press the 'circle' button and hold it for 5 seconds until the digital display lights up. We hope you will find these recommendations helpful. First off, the number on my display only goes to 5. When testing it on 4, I left the barking tester on for almost 10 min. and it never changed from blue to green. What did I do wrong?

Hi Liz! Thanks for your question. There's a hole on the bottom panel of the device. Insert the loop attached to the ring into the hole. Pull the loop through the second hole. Put the ring through the loop. You can press the button to adapt it so that you can wear it around your neck or your wrist. Hi! You should use the device within 16.4 feet (ca. 5 m) between you and your dog. And also don't forget to show the device to your dog, give a voice command and only then press the 'sound'/'ultrasound' button
What age can i start using this device on my corgi puppy! My dog is almost 6 months old.
Hello! We recommend starting to use the ultrasound trainer when the dog is older than 6 months, since dogs still have hearing formed up, and it is better not to use such devices. Please, wait until your puppy is 6 months old
It's dog abuse
Hello! Thank you for your opinion! But we don't think it's dog abuse, because such ultrasonic devices were created years ago as an efficient dog training tool. Dogs don't get hurt or something like that. Using the Ultrasonic device is a good and humane way to teach your dog good manners.

My wife ordered this and having 3 menus plus the external menu after not touching anything makes it a big discouraging to setup and get right. Ordering a regular collar with just a sensitivity setting so it’s once and done. Dog was quiet last night but I’m sure she was being corrected all night long.

Why does the remote need to be pointed at the dog?

We ask our customers to point the remote right at your dog, because your dog needs to understand why and when he feels discomfort, so that he has an association chain: bad behavior→command→Ultrasonic device → discomfort.
