My collar did not come with a charger. The port is round, not micro USB. What kind of charger do I need? Nothing I have fits.

I have charged the product for four hours and it will not come back on when I unplug the charger. I have only used this product once and for just testing it out on my dog.

Hi Jane. The collar is designed as follows: when the collar is being charged, the display shows the battery icon running. However, when you unplug it, the display automatically turns off. To turn on the collar, please press the 'circle' button and hold it for 5 seconds until the digital display lights up. We hope you will find these recommendations helpful. Hi Monica! We have 2 types of Bark Collars. With a round-shaped charging port and a Type-C charging port(both of them have different charging cables in the box)

Hi! Thanks, we are doing our best! To find the port you need to open the silicone cover on the back panel of the collar and plug the charging cord into it. That's it👌🏻
