I'd like to note how frustratingly dumb having the instructions only on RUclips is. I don't want to listen to a video, give my email, or any other silly little hoops. I want to activate my device immediately, the same way every other electronic device is activated in 2022. Via written instructions.

Send this back right away. The one dog that didn't ever bark wouldn't stop barking and came at me aggressively with his teeth when the button was pushed the other dog which I was hoping to stop barking growled at us and would not stop barking and growling. This device is worthless

You can play any record of a dog's barking but please make sure that the sound is played as close as possible to the sensor (a small hole on the back of the collar). My wife ordered this and having 3 menus plus the external menu after not touching anything makes it a big discouraging to setup and get right. Ordering a regular collar with just a sensitivity setting so it’s once and done. Dog was quiet last night but I’m sure she was being corrected all night long.

This does not seem to work in a household with 3 dogs . If the dogs not wearing the collar this bark and are close to the dog with the collar, the dog not barking gets the warning . How do I deal with this?

Finally gave in and got one. I live in an apartment and my pup loves to bark whenever he hears movement outside our door. he's loud and that bark is annoying. I have to admit, I was not sure about this, but had to give it a try. Soooo happy I did. He was confused at first to where the sound and vibration were coming from, but after some time he noticed, and the barking got quiet. Two days in and all is good. He still barks when he hears noise, but immediately stops when the collar turns on. Thank you STOPWOOFER for this awesome device!

My dog is a shepherd/lab mix. I have it on a setting of 5 with it being the sound and vibrate and when he barks, it doesn't go off. Also, how do I know when it's charging? I have it plugged in but the isn't a battery charging icon or anything showing. If turned it off and plugged it in, left it on and plugged it in.. what am I doing wrong?

Hi Mary, you don't need to push any buttons while testing the collar. First, set the sensitivity level to 4-7 (red icon S on the display). Put the speaker of the testing device right above the sensor (a hole on the back panel of the collar) as close as possible. Turn on the testing device (toggle the switch to the ON position on its side panel). The testing device will start to play the sound of dog barking. If the collar set up correctly - it will activate. Test the item in both modes: 'vibration' (green icon on the display) and 'vibration+sound' (blue icon on the display). Hi Lau, interesting question! We haven't received such requests before. The sensor of the collar detects only loud sounds, that's why it gets activated by a dog's barking. I'm afraid snoring is not as loud as barking.

Hi Maria! The collar fits dogs of any size and weight. The dog in the tutorial weighs 14 lbs. You can adjust the collar strap and the receiver is compact and lightweight. So you can use it for your Aussies too. We also advise to make it tight and to cut the hair near the contact points to have a correct placement.

Hi Amy! As for setting up the modes, collar setting should be individually adjusted. We recommend starting with the minimum level - 1, and level up gradually till the maximum level - 5. You should choose and apply the level of vibration, that allows the collar to correct your dog’s barking and its unwanted behavior most effectively. As for sensitivity level (red icon S on the display) there are some setting recommendations for dogs of different size and weight in the User Manual. The higher the level of sensitivity - the easier collar gets activated.
