OMG!!!!! I JUST bought this for a beanie for a close friend who despises slouchiest. I was shocked to feel the fuzzies on this. And the soft gray is exactly what she will love. And Magic Yarn is my Spirit Stitch…. Stay Well and Warm!?
Lovely! I love the way the crochet stitch ends up looking like you knit it. I like the look of knitting and can do it, but too easy to drop stitches 😉. This is great! Thanks for posting!
Thank u for this free pattern, I have cancer and looking for something to crochet 🧶 when I’m having my chemo treatment. I would like to see other quick and easy crochet Christmas 🎄 projects so I can start early making my gifts or ornaments , I like old fashion back in the day things to crochet 🧶 anyway , anything that you could post for Christmas 🎄 projects that’s easy quick I’d appreciate thank u
Very pretty. I wasn’t aware that snood was the 2022 fall fav but they do look classy and mod. RH brushed is so delicious soft it’s hard to believe that it’s part of the Super Saver line ❤
Thank you for ghis tutorial 😉 it's very inspiring just one question, I only want to use one color for this project. Can you guess how many ball of yarn will I need ?🤔
I love this style of video. Kind of like hanging out but learning something too. This style, however, may not be suitable for more complicated tutorials I would imagine.
That’s wonderful feedback, Mishelle! It was fun to do something a little different, and I’d love to sprinkle in a few here and there for simple projects like this one. I agree…a more involved pattern will be better with my traditional tutorial format.
I did like that I could tell in one sitting if I wanted to make it or not. This style could also be like preview before a more detailed version. I do need a more detailed version for a foundation chain. I’m going to look up another video for that and come back to make this. (Making a snood in the style of wednesday series from Netflix!❤)
I’m not gonna lie. Brushed yarns gets me everytime! I love it! I haven’t used Mohair (which is like the luxe version), but I have so many fuzzy and halo yarns. I need to try this stuff!
Hi, I love your tutorials. I've made several scarves already! I was wondering if I could use Caron Big Cakes acrylic with a size 5 mm hook? I bought some yarn before I understood how it works. Thanks!
I am SO bumfuzzled what kind of scarf to crochet for my two 4.5 yo granddaughters and my 9 yo granddaughter. Fortunately I've gotten down my 12yo, 11yo and 6yo grandsons down. Cold weather will be hitting central Texas shortly and north Alabama, where 5 will be going for Christmas 😂 Get all that??? WHAT do you suggest?? I have balls of Caron Cloud cakes for the girls. Puh-LEEEEEZ give a gurl a hint on a quick pretty stitch!
On the written pattern, it says 30 inches circumference, but do you mean 30 inches when folded flat? This is a beautiful pattern. Thank you for sharing.
Hi! I was just wondering, I was trying to learn the foundation stich but its super hard for me, can I just single crochet and continue? Or will that mess up the pattern?
I had to look up video on how to do the single crochet without starter chain but there thankfully are several other creators who have amazing videos on this, then you can come back to it. The big difference is a starter chain gives you a hard edge with no stretch, but starting with just a single crochet no chain means it's all stretchy and lovely!

You can't imagine how happy I'm crocheting this scarf. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas!!! ❤

I just made a second shawl as a beginner and it turned out to be amazing 👏. Thank you for the amazing tutorial
That yarn looks super soft 😊❤ need to try

I LOVE the "camel stitch". This will work up so quick. Thank you for sharing!
Beautiful colours and a great tutorial. I'm going to make this next
This is SO cozy looking, thank you!
I can't wait to try this after I finish my neices leg warmers and weave ends in and finish a hat and cowl set
Excellent!!! I love the knit look w/o knitting
Loved your editing and voice over! Super cute Snood 😊
Thank you so much for sharing this and it very helpful and short lol
Well, someday I guess I'll have to figure out how to do a foundation sc/dc, because it confuses the heck out of me.
Love, love, love this stitch, so pretty. I'm going to try Colorama Halo
I just started a project with that yarn yesterday! It will be LOVELY with this cowl!
Very pretty and warm 😍 I didn't hear you say the total amount of rows that you made, or it would be great if you measured it 👍
You can usually find all those details in the pattern, but for reference, this one measures about 15" from the starting edge 👍
This looks amazing! Can't wait to get started on it and try this yarn!!
I'm gonna make a snood inspired by enids from Wednesday!! Thank you!!
Aaaahhh that is GORGEOUS! 😍
Thank you for this pattern! Gonna make this and gift to MYSELF for the holidays! 😁
This looks super cozy!!!
Thank you! I also was wondering what was "trending" to make for my daughters and sisters. Will start right away with yarn in my stash.
Perfect! It’s such a versatile yarn. I’d say most any medium weight yarn will work!
I'm afraid I'm gonna make that 191 chain !
Thank you for ghis tutorial 😉 it's very inspiring
just one question, I only want to use one color for this project. Can you guess how many ball of yarn will I need ?🤔
about 800 yds total.
@@KrochetWest thanks 😊

I know, right?! The texture is just wonderful 💙
Woow is so beautiful!!! I need it!!!
I've seen these at Meijer. They're very soft. Lovely scarf.
Great project for the cold winter ahead. As always, love your quick tutorial. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you like it! Thank you!
I'm using some gifted ice yarn. An alpaca, wool, polyamide blend in grey shades. So easy and gives it a knitted denser feeling.
It's lovely. How does the yarn look after it's been washed? Thank your tutorial.
I personally haven't tried washing it yet, but if anyone here in the community has...let us know!
Hello Glo, how are you doing?
I made this for my daughter in law for Christmas. It turned out gorgeous. I hope she likes it. Thanks so much for sharing the pattern.
Did you do 191 FSC? I’m afraid it may not have enough length to wrap like in the picture.
Ooo I love it!

When I change colours I just knit it into it , and stitch it in later . When I, finished with the project .
how many balls of yarn do you need to make one?
J’aurais aimé les mesures merci beaucoup ❤
When you start new row for hd crochet how many chains you took?

Hi, I dont understand how to make the very first stich then the second and third !! 🥴
Super cute ! How many rows did you do? And what size of hook?
Nice scarf
Love this pattern and started it myself. But mine all curles up. Is that normal for the first 5 or 6 rows? Or am i using a too small hook perhaps?
Pretty
Before start new raw chain 1 or chain 2
You keep going or do you chain one and continue every row?
Can you make it with a single crochet
Your "magic knot" is a fisherman's knot. It's fun how knots have many names.
how many rows did you do?
On the written pattern, it says 30 inches circumference, but do you mean 30 inches when folded flat? This is a beautiful pattern. Thank you for sharing.
I had the same question. In my opinion, yes
Hi! This is totally unrelated but how is the Tulip Grey Set holding up for you? i know its been over 5 years since the last post :)
You crocheting in the third loop

Here is a good one! Good luck!
Nicee!
You can also knit this in one piece instead of joining it after .
Hey! I tried buying this pattern on your site and haven’t received anything! Your link to email for help doesn’t work either. Please advise!!!
