Today i show you how i made possible to make for the very first time 3 pizza parties in 1 day, almost everything done by my self, also in this video in each party i show you a special pizza so i made 3 different special pizzas neapolitan style, here is the recipe of my pizza dough used in this video:

I think it’s a fun idea but videos never really perform well when they are longer than 10 minutes, I believe. It’s interesting to see how your life looks like but perhaps people are more interested in the super duper secret pizza making skills😄
You might want to posit in 3 segments and a short. Those who love what you will have a choice then. Keep up the great work.

Vito, I like your videos but might be better to split your videos for each catering job instead of all the jobs you did in one day.
I love your tutorial videos and have also watched the longer ones. I haven't watched this one yet, mainly because I don't need to immediately know how to make hundreds of Pizzas. Maybe change the title to "Make many pizzas for friends and parties"?

That was insane! I truly had anxiety watching you getting from one party to the next.. Was wondering how on earth you were going to do the second one and was quite relieved to see the other guys handled that one .. I was thinking no way the time allowed you to be in three places !

Since watching you, and taking your class, my future daughter in law (who is also a professional baker) and I are seriously considering staring a pizza business! Wow, I love being in the kitchen baking! i ALREADY USED ALL OF THE FLOUR MY HUSBAND BOUGHT (25 lbs) since last week!

I have learned from you over the last three years, from starters, like poolish, biga, levito madre to prooving, salt contents for controlling the time to slapping the dough, toppings, heat control and cleaning of the oven and even preparing for big amounts of pizza!
My pizza game has completely transformed since the beginning. I'm now at a point where I'm planning to open my own pizza business, because pizza is love and life!

I like how you can prepare the food - dough - outside, in your garden and then officially sell it at a pizza party. In my country, you need to have dedicated room for food preparations, following strict hygiene rules... :)

Oh my goodness. I am exhausted just watching. How you can do this and still like pizza is amazing. The people who aren't watching probably don't care about trying to make it a living, so it doesn't apply to them.
