1 first of all locate the video file. get topaz video enhance ai use gaia hq to turn it into 4k . 2 use a program called deoldify to add colours. 3 i downsize the colored video to 1080p then i use esrgan video upscaler to make it 4k. last step is to use rife app to incease the frame rate that was everything i did
