3 sets of 12 isn’t that good for squats especially if ur goal with them is to increase strength something with lower reps like 5x5 would probably be better

My routines have varied throughout the years. Although 8th grade year was when I started working this hard.
So for ur lifting what’s ur schedule for like each day in a week. Like chest and arms on Monday, back and legs on wed. Etc. just wondering
Monday/thursday: Chest shoulders triceps
Tuesday/friday: back and biceps
Wednesday/saturday: legs
