- Lance Mindheim's Miami Downtown Spur. A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of visiting Lance's layout as part of another video effort for M.B. Klein. The layout is amazing in it's realism. Lance has done a wonderful job at capturing the look of the Miami area and CSX's operation of the spur. Thanks Lance for the opportunity to photograph and video your layout.
yes for sure this is unmatched realism. Art work at its finest.
This is so realistic I didn't realize I was watching a model railway scene at the start of the video. It's uncanny. Amazing job.
I agree! Lance does an amazing job!
WOW ... 7 Years Ago!!! 😳 ..... Subscribed ... I hope your still running this layout 😁👍
Great job! Being from MA love the Bay Colony boxcar!
So realistic ! Amazing ! Inspiring!
Masterly done ✅..... what a real favor of being right in Miami on the tracks ..... 👍
Lance is one of the best modelers around.
Agreed. I feel privileged to have been able to visit and video his layout.
Amazing love this layout. Never get tired of it. Thanks for sharing.
Your welcome. Thanks for watching.
Love your work.
i'm familiar with this layout. it's absolutely exquisite.
I agree!
It reminds me of the 70's good job.
Such attention to detail. I'm swooning.
I just love this layout!
great job and detailing. I know the area well.
Amazing details
Very realistic photography and layout
Thanks from both me the photographer and Lance! Happy Thanksgiving Jerry!
Love that Bay Colony box car.👍
You modeling and scenery is incredible! My compliments sir.
The only thing I would add is "Loco bell sound" at crossings etc, as with the prototype. The Horn is there but should be louder for realism as well. Bot overall WOW!
Great video
Great realism
I was just talking to my son about not seeing any rail cars with ghettography on them. Nice job

NICE... only thing missing is some bad rail/car rocking... that would really add to the realism
COOL!
Very far, indeed of this perfection
Nice angle
Did he use scale 39’ rail pieces and joiners? It looked like it.
I am not sure about that. Sorry
Love industrial settings.....would have buried the rail a little more to give that sunk in look on parts......but scenery is absolute EYECANDY
Lance is amazing. Especially since almost all of his buildings are photographs.
I kept blinking. Is that real or..? Very nice!
Lance is a magician with his use of photos and details.
Indeed. 😁
Ve your work.
Muito realista,,,,,
For a minute I thought it was real
