Nice! I see RUclips compression makes your 1080p footage look like 480p when there's lots of fast movement. If you export and upload to 4k (even when footage was only 1080p), then RUclips will compress less, and it should keep looking like 1080p ✌ (This is because RUclips caps 1080p at 8 Mbps, and 4k at 45 Mbps.)
i love these bassano videos! the learning from these i will use for sure in week 34 - 35 - they are great! use this if you want - a goal of mine have been for quiet some time now is to fly to garda and to land at the landing in malcessine. i would love to see the last bit from where you turn back to the takeoff at montebaldo .. so if you ever do a flight to garda, please make a video like this.😀😀
Yeah, getting from Bassano to the Lake Garda is definitely possible on a good day - good luck! Flying back in the same flight can be a really tough challenge though, and I really don't want to fly one-way 😊 Let's see, maybe on some day I'll accomplish the mission impossible.
@@dymanoid I know an xalps athlete from 2019 who did the bassano to lake garda, the day was very good. for me its more the unknown, i've only ever gottten to the schio crossing, and landed in the valley because i was going to the lee side. so these videoes have helped me realize my mistakes! thanks! happy landings
I think I need to record a video about my setup, so many questions! Yes, the camera is attached to a selfie stick which is then mounted to one of the carabiners using a special camera clamp mount.
Thanks for watching! For the data overlays, I use a special tool that can extract the data from the IGC files of my flights and process/display it. The tool is called Telemetry Overlay.
Glad you enjoyed my video! It looks like I need to make a series about my equipment (camera mount, radio etc) - so many questions in comments each time! 😅 Basically, my camera is attached to a selfie stick which is mounted to the carabiner using a special camera clamp mount. No black magic, no DIY 😳
Sorry, my VERY LONG TERM weather forecast service just stopped working yesterday, so there's no forecast for September 😂 But yes, usually September and even October are good months for XC flying in Bassano.
I would say - yes. If the weather is good, it should be possible to fly this route in September. I flew the 120 km triangle in October, which is very close to this route.
I wish all paragliding videos where this useful, with the graohics and awesome camera set up, music and commentary ❤
Thank you for your feedback! 🙌
Awesome filming, flying, cutting and story telling. Always happy landings!
Glad you enjoyed it!
really nice videos, you are really showing what the feeling is like if this makes sense :-)
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed them. But no video can compare to the real feeling you get when you fly!
"This thermal drifts a lot with the wind". I can't wait to catch my 1st thermal, maestro!
Absolutely stellar flight! I wish I knew about the snow capped mountains, I would have pushed harder. Great vid. I love that area!
Well, now you know which direction to push harder to 😉 You can try it next time!
amazing, it looks so easy, but is not but for sure to do
You are absolutely right! It is not always as easy as it looks in those hyperlapse videos 😉
Awesome scenery. Awesome lines. Awesome video!
This video is amazingly well done!
Another great video! I am definitely waiting for more like this one :)
More to come! 👍
Thanks. Masterclass teatching man❤

Thanks for the tip! I didn't know about RUclips's bitstream cap. I'll try to upload in 4K next time!
great flight and video at all. Thanks man.
What a spectacular video! Thanks for sharing. How did you get the telemetric overlay in it?
Thanks! I used a tool called Telemetry Overlay for that.
WOW!!! 🤙🤙🤙
Superb flying 🎉
Awesome movie - awesome story ... makes me "feel" the flight instead of seeing. I'll give it a try next time i'm in Bassano.
On this day in April, I was one of the guys with some trouble on a low altitude before Luisiana 😅
Great flight, so nice to watch your videos 😎👌🏻
Yeah, this place is tricky, I once spent a lot of time at Laverda trying to get out (I made a video about it earlier). Thanks for watching!

Have not been to Bassano yet. Now I have to try it! Thanks for another instructive and joyful video 😎
Thanks for watching! I highly recommend visiting Bassano 👌 Great food, great people, great flying!
Thank you for another wonderful video....❤
Great video as always!
Very nice !
great
Awesome video man!!
Glad you liked it! 🙌
Буду ждать с нетерпением следующего видео. Не знаю как другим, а мне очень полезно.
Спасибо за просмотр! Видео будут, и много 😀
Can you please share what mount are you using for the camera? I assume you use Insta360 on a selfie stick. But how do you mount it to the carabiner?
I think I need to record a video about my setup, so many questions! Yes, the camera is attached to a selfie stick which is then mounted to one of the carabiners using a special camera clamp mount.
@@dymanoid Thanks. Can you share a link to buy the clamp mount?
Sorry, I don't have the link anymore... Try searching Amazon for 'camera clamp mount' - there are very similar ones on the first results page.
My routine fly in pedemontana veneta
Nice flight! I have a question. how do you do that overlay, with the map and speed and such?
Thanks for watching! For the data overlays, I use a special tool that can extract the data from the IGC files of my flights and process/display it. The tool is called Telemetry Overlay.
@@dymanoid Thanks!
Thank you👍🏻
Nice footage, great explanations! What mount do you use for your insta360?

I'll be there in bassano next september, still good time for this flights??

@@dymanoid hahahahahha,,,thank you!!
Ver nice, thank you. 😎👍You are flying with a Trango X?
Thank you for watching! My friend flies a Trango X, but I fly a Peak 6.
👌👌
Is it doable in September?
I would say - yes. If the weather is good, it should be possible to fly this route in September. I flew the 120 km triangle in October, which is very close to this route.

@@dymanoid Thank you! Doesn't that interfere with the brakes?
Nope. Why would it? The camera is in front of me.
@@dymanoid Just figured. New to PG and would like to get a 360 cam too, but not so sure yet how i could do that safely
