Metal Ligand Multiple Bonds

In this video simplified ligand field diagrams will be employed to explain why transition metal-ligand multiple bonds are found in complexes derived from early transition metals, and transition metals with high oxidation states. The concept of the oxo-wall will be very briefly touched upon.
