The fact that I’ve seen her through the months collaborating with other RUclipsrs and now when the ceo goes undercover, she messes it up 💀💀
damnnn. haley is quickly quickly becoming the darling of corporate youtube. i can see why. she's great, has a grassroots started channel, no one can say she's an industry plant. and yet she has all the media training, the looks, the clothes, of an actual celebrity. they can send her out as a brand ambassador without worrying about her fucking up their image like a jake paul would have. they can send her to red carpets without her looking or acting out of place. she's really found her niche.
Hayley Kalil had been a big model for fifteen years and did Sports Illustrated and over big magazines and events and some runways but I’m happy she found her niche and branched out all by herself without relying on that. She deserves to be successful and recognised by YT as she’s talented and genuinely funny and seems down to earth.
“No one can say she’s an industry plant” - I’ve actually thought the complete opposite, she was on that “tour your house” content creator and then immediately the next day, started dropping multiple shorts every single day with very high quality editors and access to the most random celebrities to collab with. Now she just so happens to be with the CEO of RUclips after representing them at award shows? She’s the definition of an industry plant lol.
@@andydietrich3689 she wasn't originally an industry plant, but now gets the resources of one since she worked her own following up from the bottom and made the connections, had the experience to find this opportunity

@@andydietrich3689 I disagree. She had to contact those people first or sit waiting for nothing. That takes social awareness, letting go of ego, and communication. It's strategic planning and hoping they accept her offer. But at the same time, she makes her own content everyday which solidifies HERSELF amongst her collab partners. And when she gets more and more collabs done pretty well, like-minded youtubers would naturally come in droves to join the 'trend' of collabing with Hailey because she built this image that she can collab with literally everyone, it's a win-win. Respectfully, I think it's a result of miracles and hardwork. She only started the channel after her divorce and wasn't expecting the blow up on her yt shorts. It's not expected of a MODEL to make youtube shorts as a niche career path and this niche career (the RUclips shorts themselves) being the industry plant of which you speak does not add up.

I literally had similar experiences with classmates and teachers that acted like that throughout school.
Especially the yelling scene. I wished I had let my 4th grade math teacher know, what the ceo told Haley about the screaming:

Ptsd'd majority of the students who had no choice to change teachers, because the better ones were booked.
The ones who were ptsd'd had to take the class again in 5th grade the following year. Thank goodness with nicer teachers.
Too bad the teachers back then didn't consider that children could've potentially had adhd, apsergers (Autism back then) disorder, or a Dyscalculia disability.
Back in the late 80's, early 90's, I guess teachers didn't know that disabilities or mental disorders exist. 😂
