great content but IF the true day opening is at 0000EST. the first 90min cycle is from 0000 to 0130, then 0300, then 0430, 0600, then 0730 thru 0900 as the NY session. How did you get 0700EST thru 0830EST and 0830 thru 1000?? Can anyone help me understand?
