Holly Barrington's face around the eyes and nose 'blew up' after being 'poisoned' by the sun's rays.

@@rashaalashhab you can't really do anything to help it other than cool towels on your face and aloe and it takes like 2-3 weeks to heal completely, with the bloating going down after about 1 week

Lmfao this happened to me while I was at reception, in processing for the Army this past summer 😂...We all had freshly shaven heads and they would make us just stand out in the hot ass August sun for hrs. One morning I woke up and bam my head was fucking swollen like a balloon 😂 everyone called me airhead lmao. I told a drill sgt about it and he asked if I was dying and he told me to fuck off and man up 😂 good times hahaha

@@mallorietruesdel1600 it took about 2-3 days… I kept an ice pack on it as much as I could, aloe, and try to get plenty of rest…if possible! It will start to go down a little bit each day :) try not to panic, it WILL go down and get better.
@@mallorietruesdel1600 oh yeah, and stay hydrated!! I was so lucky, my boyfriend was such a blessing when I had it. He catered to me while I was in our room hiding for like 3 days straight bc I was too embarrassed to see anyone (we live with his parents)

I was on an antihistamine/antibiotic mix and prednisone (steroid) for 5 days by day 2 pain subsided. By day 3 most swelling had gone, but by day 5 swelling from meds began to show. No one wants to be on prednisone for more than a week it gives you a moon face.
@@catherinejenkins2284 how long did the prednisone swelling last?
@@nashya well this would have to do with dosage and time. Usually when one stops the prednisone, it takes about 2-3 weeks for the swelling to go down. If you have to take it for a long time you can talk to your doctor about lowering the dose to reduce swelling.
AKA severe sunburn.
