- In this DK Product Spotlight, Nick Trask of Trask Performance gives us an overview of their popular Assault 2-into-1 Exhausts for Harleys.
Nick designed this exhaust system to stand out in crowd of Harleys. The unique heat shield design is something not seen on any other system. This shorty exhaust system looks mean and aggressive and delivers a low rumble that you would expect from Harley powerplant. The 16 ga stainless steel is mandrel bent for precise bent and is hand welded by the best in the business.
The Assault Exhaust is not all just looks and sound though. It’s also about performance. This is the only pipe in motorcycle industry with a double slip-fit muffler. This increases flow and also eliminates the need for a gaudy clamp on the outside. The muffler was dyno tested to provide a hard pull in the mid-range for power you need it most.

sick exhaust, top shelf quality
Couldn't agree more!!
Got this on my Low Rider S and it sounds nasty AF. Totally recommend these to anyone.
Recently purchased this exhaust
and I was disappointed with the internal of the muffler! The Craftsmanship sort of ends there.
I can’t find any info on the specs of the muffler … even on trask site
I’m trying to compare it to other pipes
Seat of the pants irrelevant. Your chosen cam will dictate your gain. +-5hp or tq value is negligible on pipes amd cleaners
I have this on my 24 road glide, only thing I don't like is it so quiet it makes my 117 sound like a pussycat instead of a lion.
Needs to be longer
