The Hard R Cafe reminds me of this idea I had for a restaurant called the Hate Crime Bar and Grill where parties would be segregated by ethnicity and religion and there would be multiple menus for different faith-based dietary needs. The tagline would be "Unity through Division" or something and the whole idea is that there's a space for everyone to be comfortable with their own people if they want and multiple kitchens to allow anybody to eat delicious food without having to either do extensive research or pray, with a tongue in cheek atmosphere. If you have a party of multiple demographics you can all sit together and there's probably a specific room for "mixed" groups, and either way it's an 'opt out' system.
