Just wanted to say thanks, I'd been waiting for a remaster of Killing Time for many years now and you guys did a good job as usual. Like Rise of the Triad, Killing Time is a seriously underrated classic with a lot of "firsts" and innovative/unique stuff for its era. Hopefully it'll rise from obscurity now.
Well, you guys did a bang up job.. I played the 3DO version originally & you've really brought the best out of it in this new version. Dark Forces 2; Jedi Knight next?... pretty please 🙂
I finished the game yesterday and loved it! Hearing the music again was the most nostalgic part for me. I saw the name Endesga among the writing on the mausoleum basement floor lol
@@oddball13131 Speaking of that, was there something we were supposed to do with the two gravestones that had the name marked out? Both had the name Albert on them, but one was lined out in bright green, and one in bright red. I ran around trying different things but nothing happened
@@OHG_Fawx I noticed this too but couldn't figure out what -- if anything -- there is to this. The Mausoleum basement easter egg was present in the original KT, but the graveyard only had what I assume were the original dev names and no green/red highlights. The only other easter egg in KT that I know of is the dev room...
Great work! First time player, known about the game since it's release back in the day but never played it. So glad I did! Looking forward to playing it again
I love what you guys are doing. Po'ed and Killing Time were due for remastering. Hope you guys can do Dark Forces 2 & Mysteries of the Sith at some point
More subtitles in scenes for killing time resurrected please. I'am Brazilian and this game is the best boomer-shooter. Thanks Nightdive. You are the best ❤
If you buy Alice Returns on PS3 or Xbox 360, Alice is on the disc. Also, I think Alice Returns is available to play on EA Play, so you could play it through that also
Thanks a lot guys, I literally purchased the game twice minute one, a copy for Xbox One and a copy for Steam, and so far I'm pretty much done for both campaigns, now I just need to finish the speedrunner achievement but it was a blast playing Killing Time on a modern fashion I don't know if you have intention to revisit this game or update it, but I would love to have an option to experience the 3DO campaign, as it was pretty solid too but still, amazing remaster
Thank you! Ive been waiting for this remaster or just release As Is on Switch. Now i have almost all shooters i love on my console. All I need now is Blood remake. Big up, devs, for your work!❤
Never played this game when it originally came out, but binge-played this remaster when it came out, and boy was it a ride! I love how all the lore, etc. is explained, it all seems insane at first, but it all fits together. Still insane game though. :P Finished it and it's so refreshing to see games that don't hand-hold the player. Good job and looking forward to The Thing :)
What you guys are doing for the preservation of video games is great. I would have never played quake if it wasn't for you guys. And I'm also excited about the thing remake. That is one of my favorite games from the PS2 era when I was a kid
Love seeing these old horror-tinged classics get a new lease on life! Really looking forward to The Thing & hope more can be done with Kenji Eno's legacy (D, Enemy Zero, D2) & Crazy Games' Blue Stinger & Illbleed. In the same vein as FMV madness, would love to see a touched up Realm of the Haunting or any number of FMV classics come back alive :)
I would suggest, after getting the RSVP try to explore everything inside the state as all of the keys are in there, once obtained then you have to explore the surroundings for the vessels, since accesing a lot of them require the keys beforehand
I really enjoyed Killing Time. The game is a great mix. It was nice to sink into the game and just explore. I thought Tess looked very sexy (actress)... Do more people think that? I would also like small games. Games like: South Park FPS (probably little work), Dredd Vs Dead, Escape from Monster manor, Outlaws, Powerslave (PC version) or Quarantine 1 & 2.
I hope you guys get your hands on Classic Marathon, Pathways into Darkness, Minotaur: the Labyrinths of Crete, Damage Incorporated & Excalibur: Moragana’s Revenge next. You could do a better job with it than Aleph One devs & Bungie themselves cannot be trusted with Marathon anymore at all going by Marathon Survive being shit from the premise alone.
You talk about toxic gamers in the "bridging the gap between devs and the audience" but you don't give any examples. How about toxic devs (not you guys) who do things in spite of paying customers such as insults because the customers don't like the product or changing/removing/censoring games/remakes (again not you) because the devs believe they are right and everyone else is wrong? To bridge the gap you must first start with yourselves (again not you Nightdive) otherwise it will be a vicious cycle of everyone getting angry.
@@Dr.W.Krueger most of the questions and what was talked about was on the spot, it's not easy to think and talk at the same time - without going "umm" too often haha Will do better next time!

I really like Seth's enthusiasm. Seems like a really cool guy.
Dude has so much passion, it comes through in spades. Always great to hear that such enthusiastic people are working doing what they love.

and the "Night Dive" cemetery ^^

Stuff like the lighting and main screen presentation thank you so much. I greatly appreciate both those changes among many others.

Luckily, German is included - in general I would say a lot of subtitles are good for everyone. so there's a thumbs up
You not wrong...this good
I hope Nightdive does American McGee's Alice some day. As far as I know there is no way to purchase and play the original game.
If you buy Alice Returns on PS3 or Xbox 360, Alice is on the disc. Also, I think Alice Returns is available to play on EA Play, so you could play it through that also

I’ve always been curious about the 3dO console version of the game ever since I first bought Killing Time (PC) way back in the day.
LOVING this game right now. Thank you guys!

i got Killing time resurrected and its an awesome and weird fps. im loving it. Thanks for bring it back

MY GOAT!!
When is System Shock 2 Enhanced Edition coming out?

DOCTOR HAUZER - another 3DO exclusive and rare title! Please ressurect this game!

Realm of the Haunting would be great but “Wing Commander 3 - 5” would be more awesome! But I believe that will never happen.
Any chance Nightdive releases the Killing Time soundtrack for sale?
Do you guys have a separate website for job listings at your company?
Love it but I'm stuck. How do I know where to go next?? I think I'm pretty far.

Yes Tess is sexy, youre not alone.
Tess is a dimepiece lol. She can get it
Since you guys are willing to do obscure 90s shooters, can you look into defcon 5(1995)? It's more of a system shock lite than a boomer shooter.
Guys, anything about System Shock 2 Enhanced Edition please 🙏
Will you get a physical of Blood distributed? I feel like this would sell better than PO’ed or rise of the triad
good job! new life game👍
Is it possible for you guys to get the rights to remaster, Insomniac's Disruptor from the PS1?
Does the remaster add the good ending & final boss from the PC version? The bad ending/original 3DO ending sucks.
Remake "Clive Barker's Undying"
...Deep Dive Interview with Seth "END"
Etherious Natsu Dragneel !?
🤣🤣🤣
BioForge remake please!
Alien Trilogy please 🙏

I really hate his face and the way he explains stuff.
He says whole lot, without saying much
