I hope he stays at West Ham only 1 season in Netherland is not a lot of experience. Ødegaard played there in age of 17 and in La liga. Kudus is a decent player but we need better options UCL quality player to reach the final next season. Maybe Kylian Mbappé as on free transfer is a bonus if Jesus leaving.

I'm not surprised that Kudus has a buyout clause, he really should be at a bigger club. I remember Chelsea and Arsenal being heavily linked with him and when he went to West Ham I was shocked, but I also thought to myself "he has to have a release clause because surely he doesn't see himself being there for a long time," in my opinion Arsenal dropped the ball, they definitely should've got him for £40M, now he's gonna be so expensive, can't see his release clause being £50M, that wouldn't make sense when you consider that West Ham paid £40M for him, they'd wanna made a decent return, if I was to guess I'd say it would be between £60M-£75M, and I personally think he's worth that

£50m for Gallagher in the current market is a fair price. BUT, I think Spurs should go for Gibbs-White instead of Gallagher. Gibbs-White can give Spurs everything Gallagher does (High energy) plus Gibbs-White is more of a creative player. Spurs need more creativity in squad.

As a United fan not sacking ETH for those reasons makes some sense and I agree with Terry their are concerns. I'd add to that:
1. ETH has 1 year left on his contract - keeping him under the new structure for the start of the new season means you can assess if he can work under that structure properly.
2. Gives extra time for the new structure to settle and get their top target if ETH doesn't work out.
3. You sack ETH now and replace him with someone and it doesn't work out in say 18 months - INEOS, who have stated want to bring stability and growth will have sacked 2 managers in 3 years, not a good look either.

@@ermericcarolissen694 True. But it's just not realistic is it. Nketiah, Zinchenko and Gabriel are all first team players. Esr, Nelson are both rotation players. So you would have to go out and buy 3 replacements for the first team players. 2 rotation players/promote some youngsters who's capable and intop of that you'll have to replace 4 other squad players who all contribute to training and so on. Intop of that you'll need what 2-3 quality signings to improve you.

With Timber fit we have enough cover for left and right backs. If we sign a striker and a right winger we will have brilliant cover for every position. Those 9 players won't be used at all next season.

Martinelli has still not come to the realisation that it should always be a team effort. Dude always wants to go it all by himself and trying to score from the most acute angles. Leandro Trossard has been the best buy in decades. Where else could you get such quality for £27 million.
