I love to see it. A man training his sons to have skills where they can make a good living, even if they choose another profession they will still know how to do Lawn Care. Father / Son time is a special thing that will live a lifetime. To this day I still remember getting out there mowing with my Dad. I wish I could RE-live those days. I didn’t know how important they were until I got older. God Bless you and your family Johnny !
Love this! Good ole work ethic being taught here! I do lawn service as a side hustle and my 15yr old son works with me on the weekends during school and during summer after I get off from my normal 7-3 job. how are you compensating your boys? And what do you charge for a property that size? I have an about 1acre just cut and trim usually $125 but they ask for few extras then it goes up from there? What you think? Keep up the great work!
Man you gone have to deliver one of those old mowers to TX. They can ride it to properties in their neighborhood. Seem like they are much better than they were last summer. We don’t want to give it to them that easy tho….rhey need to start off pushing and work their way up. They’ll appreciate it much more through the hard work
Some companies offer terrible service and they thrive and make good money, but for us good service providers we can barely get a customer to stay on the schedule and not skip!... But go figure!
I didn't mean to put 2 comments up but I wanted to ask what was your strategy for training the young men to operate the weed eater?.... The older guys can run the weed eater but they complain and no show so much!... I think I'm gonna go with the youngsters also!
