When you used the Mats over the edge I felt confident on the ropes. They seem like very good products.

Wow it’s good to know. I’m 100% with you. Any good place to buy those good ropes protectors?
Also which one is the best one for heavy use. Specially on Limestones and gratings

      Thank you for your comment.
There is a link in the disruption. If you are rigging through grating often. I would suggest going with a Hard Barrier like the RopesEdge Vortex or the DMM Edge Hog.
Try to stay away from using soft rope sleeves around “sharp edges”. These should always be used as a last resort.

Skylotec has a descender like the ID called the Sirius Descender that's rated at 250kg, this means you can have two people on it for rescue with no problem? Jim
