I really like this lock pick idea. How does it work , how do I get one, and is it easy to learn for someone who has never done it?

You can search for 'clear lockpick set' and similar on Amazon and find everything you need. There are youtube tutorials for lockpicking. The basic Lock I show here, being clear, is fairly easy to learn and rewarding (the clear locks are meant for practice, and being able to see inside takes a large amount of the mystery away). I just wouldn't think that because the clear lock is easy that you can run around and be a lock smith...'actual' locks are typically designed to prevent basic picking skills and utensils, and it takes practice like all things.
