Keep in mind that as always these are just discs I have in my inventory. I don't know how I forgot about Valkyries in my bag but they shoulda been included. Let us know your favorites in the comments.

Also thought you might have included your Archer disc as well.

I love my River, but slightly more understable is the Latitude 64 Maul to pair with the River depending on the wind.

Great video, DGN, love flippy discs. I would highly recommend the DGA Tremor, as well. Keep up the good work!

I love my hatchet for the under stable 9 speed slot. Highly recommend the pa5 for the putter slot.

Nice video. Understable discs are criminally underrated. I don't understand why some disc golfers think that understable discs are just for beginners. Even advanced players can benefit too. There are times when a controlled touch anhyzer is the ticket.

Westside Underworld and Tursas would fit in this category as well

Yes absolutely. Just didn't have either of those in the inventory.

Solid job of getting footage from most of the NW Oregon courses!

Notable mention: Svea from Kastaplast. Has glide for days and stubbornly understable, so it's great for long tunnel shots where you're afraid to put a lot of arm into it.

Tursas all day. Prefer it over the Fuse for more glide and less fade.

My favorites: Axiom Virus, Mint Free Tail, and Latitude 64 Fuse

I was surprised to see the Discraft Soft Magnet on this list. I found one years ago and it's my favorite putter. I haven't really tried it on the fairway. It hadn't occurred to me the way it melts into the chains except on windy shots on elevated baskets. I'll be experimenting....

One of my most thrown discs ever for sure. Flies particularly nice downhill off the tee.

Immovable Mamba is an amazing flippy disc for me. I carry 3 mambas from massive flippy to flat straight.

    My top 5 understable discs
Putter: 300 Firm Pa3 (beat up)
    Mid: M4/Fuse
    Fairway: 400 F3
    9 speed: Vandal/FX-4
Distance: Spectrum Air D2 (I end up rolling any distance driver with less stability).

I get that a disc I love OOP is the Lighting #2 Upshot in Prostyle that is lighter under 169 grams as the heavier ones fly fully neutral. I use the Lighting Disc as a dead straight approach/longer putter when I have to as normally a old oop Star Shark around 175 +/-- 2 grams, have backups. The other I recommend is an Archer for players as this disc will do the big backwards S pattern then is one of the best Midrange/Fariway hybrid forehand or thumber roller discs due to the edge of rim profile. I also recommend in putters the Magnet, though I say regular or Jawbreaker for beginners as a Soft is not great for a beginner used to a standard catch disc/ultimate disc as most of the people are not used to a floppy disc but I could use it having used the Areobie Dogobie disc for a safety catch disc in a small backyard, just I do not like a super floppy disc for my main putting putter unless it is made of a grippy plastic as a baseline I would have to work into being a putter. Another I used to recommend to players before oop was the Impact but now I recommend the Glide as they both end up flying very similar. The Valkyrie I let more athletic beginners/slower armspeed know about, same with the Archon (slowly going oop) but for more experienced slower arm speed players in all but Champion as this version of the Archon they very from no glide to about average for the disc mold.

I like to beat up neutral discs to make them understable or get them in a lighter weight (and I’m a higher arm speed, trying not to sound egotistical)
    I love:
    Magnet (think of DG nerd’s)
    Roc (again, beat up)
Crave(I get them on lightweight bc I keep losing them, awesome disc😂)
Trespass (169g lucid, abt 2yrs old, also looking into a lighter emperor for absolute bombs)
