We got pregnant on my 2nd round of femara. Stayed with the same dose in the 2nd round (5mg). I have pcos. Im 34. My eggs were good but they were so crowded where i couldnt ovulate. The femara worked to help push that egg out. I had no symptoms besides very painful lower back pain for 4 days. I had no cramping. No implantation bleeding. I got a positive at 10dpo. I gave birth to a healthy baby girl who is now 8 months old.
@@RCB504 i got a positive 10 days after i ovulated in my second round. I purchased an ovulation kit that showed me what day i ovulated. I got a positive about 22 days after i took the femara pill.

Stay encouraged my sista. Im in the same boat. Just did my 2 round of the same medication. An seen better results than with Clomid. I have the same issue as u as well. Doc just may need to tweek some stuff. Sending lots of prays & baby dust. Know ur not alone.

i took letrozole on 2018 and didnt concieve that month but second month i concieved naturally without any medicine (i have pcos as well ) i asked my doc and she said its probably letrozole just made my periods better 😅 and i have a beautiful 3 yr old daughter ... now in trying for 2nd baby and i was given clomid but havent taken it as my periods are vanished since 3 month now 😅

I ovulate later with a 28 day cycle. My fertility specialist used clomid and I had to get 2 and 3 ultrasound before my shot to release eggs. Clomid made me hyper ovulate and I was very sore and ache. It's better to not use the first cycle eggs, next cycles has higher quality eggs.
I started letrozole 2.5 mg on cycle day 5 and before I started talking it I got pregnant naturally with my second child in December of last year and lost it in February of this year. I just found out I’m expecting again after taking 2 months of letrozole. With my first pregnancy I used clomid and got pregnant after 2 months of it.

you have to take letrozole on your periods .. please consult your doctor if they can allow you to take,it without a period but its not how it works it should be taken while on periods

Unfortunately, I didn't respond well to femara/ letrozole and it did not work for me, however, since this cycle has passed my endocrinologist has discovered that I have high prolactin which prevents ovulation. No I didn't conceive with letrozole it never worked for me. For this second pregnancy we did a few rounds of clomid and that didn't work either. Both times I got pregnant naturally after the fertility treatments failed.

Was the positive 10 days after during your 2nd round where you got pregnant.

Since letrozole can affect the growth plate, I am just wondering, has any of you who has taken it for a long time experienced any growth in height?
Getting pregnant is really difficult and depressing too em really going thru a lot because of nt being able to conceive its really hard.

Letrozole which date supposed to start drinking these medecine after menstruation period or before which date exactly???
You need to speak with your doctor for instructions on taking this medication.

I was at 2.5 mg and increased to 5 mg and have had mature follicles each time. Ask for an increase dosage!

I was on 2.5 and they said it was supposed to be 18 but mines was 11 and 13.5 I have to go back Tuesday for ultrasound and blood work
