Dr. Hansen, you are going to be my 'go to person' in my Serengeti from now on. I will remember to think of you and your words whenever I feel overwhelmed or alarmed. Thank you for sharing your wisdom in such kind and gentle way.

Thank you Rick. One issue or question I have is that my "go to place" can sometimes be a distraction like watching videos or gaming etc. Even if this may be associated with connecting to common humanity etc. I'm still left wondering if its ultimately a form of procrastination or escapism (i.e not attending to my valued life) which can then created some mental turmoil, however minute. So I guess the Go To Place needs to be wisely or skillfully considered in that sense (?)

Your voice is very safe. You should do some guided meditation videos to quiet music.

Apartment living with constant thundering noise is redzone. Not having the basics for decades is redzone.
I don't know how that can be a Mindshift enough of the time.

Surely "the buddah" did not invent these pathways to awakening, as they are natural so why do we compulsively have to give him credit? He too was helped by annonymous people who laid paths in the etheric memory bank for any desiring illumination.... some call it the serpent consciousness; no one owns it, no one specific created it, as it is a collection that grows and evolves with each person that participates so can we stop giving all credit to "the" buddah and just let the truth be free? Sheesh.

Unfortunately unless someone well known picks up and shares the message and teachings, the learnings are lost in time and then have to be relearned. Having an anchor to the messages helps in the continuous sharing even if imperfect in acknowledgement.
