I’ve been journaling on and off all my life but dedicate myself to it during times where I feel motivated to address particularly difficult years/months in my life. I’m at that moment again where I am finally feeling motivated enough to address the accumulation of self-neglect over the last year during the pandemic. I loved this, felt good to smile and laugh during these 14 minutes with these tough days for me, the haircut suits you so well and I loved all the stuff you made and the little realisation of going with life even when it doesn’t go according to plan, it’s freeing and so much easier than resisting and becoming stagnant.
Also would love to see the video on journal prompts! I love journaling, I use it for deep introspection and letting go of some of the minds endless stories and to simply remember things :)
